Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. My only complaint is that the higher speed WiFi didn't work and the smart TV wasn't connected to the internet, do I couldn't use any of the apps.

The apartment was clean and well furnished with ample wardrobe space and a very comfortable bed. Good shower and quality towels and environmentally friendly toilet paper. Heated towel rail could use a thermostat/timer as hot round the clock. The area is in the midst of a very lively night life culture, and we slept with the window open. The street noise doesn't abate until the wee small hours, but the company have provided an ambient sounds device so we were easily lulled to sleep by the sound of lapping waves, so much so that when the seagulls started squawking at 4am it didnt seem uncongruent. This is our second Saco stay (after Cardiff) and I am happy to recommend the company and the accomodation.

Easy check-in process, good location. Very useful having a small kitchen in the property. Only downside is that we were staying for a week, noting that the property is not serviced everyday, and the coffee/teas/toilet paper ran out very quickly.

The studio apartment I had was perfect for my 5 night stay. Central, secure, walkable and super convenient! The apartment I had was #11 on the 3rd floor, facing the street. Through there was street noise from the bar below it didn’t bother me, however if you’re a light sleeper it could be problematic. Also, the door leading to the apartment front doors would slam shut pretty loud when other tenants would let it close on its own. The kitchen was very well stocked with flatware and cookware. Fridge worked great and the washer/dryer combo worked great as well and they even supplied me with detergent! Just keep in mind combo dryers take hours to dry a medium size load of laundry. There’s a QR code to guide you how to use all the appliances properly. The shower pressure was great and the bathroom was pretty big. The sitting area was so comfortable to have and the bed itself was really comfy. Though there isn’t air conditioning, they do provide you with a huge fan. I never used it but when it got warm I just cracked the windows open a bit to let fresh air in. The good thing is the sun didn’t shine straight into the apartment so it would cool down fast and easy. Aside from food, the only thing I needed to purchase was paper towels. This was my 2nd time in Bristol and I’d easily stay here again and would probably request the same apartment for future stays.

Location was excellent. Basic kitchen equipment. Every appliances worked well. Doors inside the apartment were very noisy and needed adjustment and also more door stoppers. A coffee machine would have been nice instead of coffee packets. However the apartment was quiet even if facing the street. In a word, excellent choice. We would go back and most certainly recommend it.

Had a bit of trouble finding the location but called the office number and the gentlemen helped and it was just round the corner. The room was lovely, very clean, everything we needed. Great location for restaurants and bars only 5 mins walk to narrow quays.

The apartment was really clean and nice. The shower was warm and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The only negative thing I can mention is the noise. We were unlucky with the dates as there was some work done under our window. They were putting up nets and other stuff against the pigeons not to come to the windows but it seemed it didnt stop them. Most of the time we woke up for the noises. Overall I would recommend the place for everyone who is going for a city break to Bristol. The location of the apartment is really good. Everything if for walking distance.

Fridge didn't work (let the management know, they did nothing about it and I was there for 5 nights in 28-32 degree weather). The WiFi password didn't work or was out of date. The room key system was ripped out and a new system installed while I was out exploring, with literally zero consideration for how this would impact on my stay. Shockingly poor.

Great amenities and clean apartment. However, we booked another property in Bristol and were asked to change a week before, which was annoying. Very poor communication throughout with automated emails that made no sense. The noise from other apartments / guests in the hallway on the first night was awful so didn't sleep much. Outside ambient noise but as expected on the centre of Bristol. There was no recycling so for a longer stay wouldn't recommend if this is important to you (we took recycling home as were able). Like the fact ecover was the washing up brand of choice.

The apartment was located in a good location for exploring Bristol. The common areas were clean and presentable although our apartment had signs of wear but was nothing to worry about. We did not receive the expected email to inform us of codes for access to the building and room. We rang the number on the door and was immediately told the codes over the phone so again problem sorted. Would stay again.

I was not receive any email for checkin instruction. When i tried to call hotels.com hotline, she told me that she cant contact reception and suggested to go to the other saco property which is hundreds of yards away! I got so annoyed coz i was so tired already. I tried calliing reception again and finally someone help me for checkin. It took me 45mins for checkin!! Hotel.com tried to call me again when i am already inside the room. They explained that saco was not able to send the instruction because they dont have my email. Obviously there is very poor controls and communication between saco and hotels.com! The property is well maintained as i also stayed here for two weeks 5yrs ago. Management is just very poor esp.

Easy to check in, very central in Bristol, comfortable bed and very good facilities. Only downsides were it's right next to a Brew Dog pub so there's alot of people outside making noise up until midnight - otherwise excellent.

Slight difficulty with check in as ibddibg realise you have to call first but once I was in the flat... it was great! All the added extra that make all the difference like milk! And some ear plugs etc. Was the perfect apartment in a really convenient area of town. Really pleased and would definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our 3 day stay at this apartment hotel. It is very easy to get around from this place. Very well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. Since they do not have a reception at this place, we could only check in after 4pm. It would have been nicer to check in earlier than that and be a little more flexible with the check in time. The staff members were very kind and helpful moving our luggage from one place to the other.

Both the size of the room and large windows which you can open are important to us. We had the Studio apartment 11 which ticked all the boxes. Would happily stay again. Sunday parking on the side streets is free.
