I arrived late at night for one night , the quirkiest lift I’ve ever been in . Room was small but big enough , good value for €45 staff were friendly and top of their game. Very clean. Easily walkable to Piraeus port all gates. I didn’t find any towels in the room though , only a small towel for the shower

We chose this hotel to be close to port and for its good rating. Found hotel to be very clean, and staff very accommodating & a great help with making arrangements for taxi service, places to eat, etc. Although the hotel was in an older section, we still felt safe & would stay at this hotel again.

Good location to a main street for shopping, and a recommended restaurant from the hotel staff we went to was very good. Staff were excellent helping us out. If going to the Acropolis use the Metro its so cheap clean and easy to use and just a short 10 min walk from the hotel. Easy access to the port for cruising by taxi.

The room was small but comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They cheerfully called cabs for me and lent me a European converter for my American phone. I had no complaints at all.

We arrived very late. The receptionist was welcoming at night and explained exactly how to walk to the port the following morning. Perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable beds.

A hotel close to the port. Has obviously had a recent refurbishment and has a modern look. Nice big balcony. Nice stay reception staff very welcoming and friendly. As I’m guessing this is an old building refurbished it has a very nice new lift but is in the traditional shaft so is very small no problem for one person maybe 2 at most could be a problem if anyone has problems with lifts but there is a nice big bright stairs as well. Very pleasant and relaxing stay

This is a good, solid probably 2- or 3-star hotel located not far from the Pireaus Port itself and the ferries to the Cyclades islands (this being the reason we chose it). The hotel was basic, solid, well-kept, and the room was a fine basic no-frills hotel room with double bed, a decent shower, and a balcony opening over the street below. There was no restaurant, but a nice addition was a local taverna just 2 blocks away (the hotel staff can direct you), where we had an excellent meal in a non-touristy ambiance. Depending on how much luggage you have, it's a multi-block walk - we walked to the hotel from the Metro, but chose to take a taxi to the port for our ferry. Overall, functional, adequate, and convenient.

The hotel was very clean, nice and mornig staff awesome, breakfast €10 was great too. The room was small but perfect for go cruise the next day, restaurants really close and 10 minutes from the Piraeus Port. Perfect and easy directions to take blue train from the airport

The check in was smooth and the lady (Christina/ Christine) was very nice. After an hour , we went out for lunch. I spoke with a man at the reception area. I asked for a city map and restaurant suggestions. He was not willing to answer and gave me a long face. Wonder if he has travelled before. Bad feeling after talking with that guy. Reason for the one star? Coz of him.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a good location to reach the cruise port. Breakfast was 10 Euro per person and good value. Room was small but had everything we needed.

Inexperienced difficulty with operation of elevator. There was no help calling front desk from room. Had to go there in person. People were nice but operation lacking in TLC overall.

Only one female staff member at the desk was nice but the male was nasty and not very helpful. He was pissed because I had asked for a quote for the airport transfer and he kept changing his answer and I caught him at various discrepancies so he was busted and I cancelled in writing and he still sent a driver, who was late because when he called me we were already in the van with the other service. The room was very very small, elevator claustrophobic, etc. We had also booked for our return trip from the cruise and cancelled after such treatment and mini-room and glad we did because for just a little more pricewise, we were very comfortable elsewhere and it was in the middle of everything. I would never book with this Hotel ever again and many of the staff could use some customer service training.
