Hotel check in was terrible. Staff was trying to charge extra for more people. You would think 4 people can sleep in a room with double beds. The AC units in all 3 rooms were not working and no maintenance team onsite.

Employees where great , the Room was smelly and Ac was loud and not cooling the room , there was a storm and water was coming in the room thru the top window frame area , in high volume , did not appreciate at all ,I,ve stayied there 3 other times and had no problems but this time was not a very pleseant stay , I usally stay at InHouse down the road but I stopped due to cleaning issues , but I found out there is new management there so unfortunetly I will try them out again , thank you for taking the time and reading this ,

I would not stay here again. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work well. No TV remote. A huge dead Cockroach was on the floor of our room when we first got to room. Safe didn’t work. The cleaning lady would turn the Air Conditioning when we would leave the room. So it would be hot when got to the room. My husband fell in the parking garage because the ground was greasy everywhere. Don’t stay here.

The staff for the most part was friendly with the exception of one person who acted like she didnt want to be there. The rooms are clean but getting run down. One room had no phone and another room had a sink that wouldnt drain and mold in shower.

I’ve reserved a king size bed (which I’ve paid extra for) and I’ve fat a double bed instead. Silvia, front desk, didn’t even apologize. This is the 2nd time I had a similar situation with front desk. Bellman were great and so was the restaurant waiter in both occasions.

El hotel necesita demasiado mantenimiento.. En el caso de la suite, que fue en la que me quede, tiene muchas cosas por mejorar: 1. No funciona el agua caliente 2. No tiene iluminacion la sala ni el escritorio 3. El sillon esta quemado y roto 4. Las televisiones son menores de 32 pulgadas que parecen hasta de adorno 5. La palanca de la regadera estaba rota. 6. Le tienes que dejar bajada la palaca durante 15 segundos para que baje 7. El internet tiene mucha intermitencia Los beneficios VIP de expedia tienes tu que solicitarlos, ellos no te dicen nada. Tiene un punto a favor: el desayuno esta buenisimo. La comida del restaurante mucho que mejorar. La atencion del personal buenisimo. Muy amables todos

I really hate to leave a negative review but the hotel’s power went out, the water went out, there was a huge roach in the room and the food at the hotel gave me food poisoning. Overall I am relieved we only stayed one night. Back when the hotel was new I’m sure it was beautiful, but it hasn’t been updated in years. I would not book again.

This property is bad , awful -no good staff is rude, food is bad, location is bad, parking loot, they focus more on their party rentals than hotel room dirty, AC not good, rest room bad. smells bad, old building. staff don't care I told them I found a roach on food. no action taken. need refund. I left on friday because it was hot in room

Last second hotel stay. Clean and good service. Only bad thing was it was very noisy on a busy street and can hear everyone in the hallway. Wouldn't go back due to noise. Definitely a nicer hotel in this area though.

Only one elevator was working. The AC didn’t work in the room. The security vault for personal belongings didn’t work. The bed had spots on it. The rug had bigger spots. The staff at the front desk was not friendly. Though thanks for the room change, which was not much of an upgrade.

They took for ever to check me in and thw hotel was empty the front desk clerk was to busy gossiping with a housekeeper, when i was finally atended i was told sarcastically “wy didnt you say somthing” the A/C will stay in the same temperature no matter how much i would try to change it and it was so loud
