I planned this stay for my daughter’s birthday and the hotel was beautiful. It was a little stressful there was no bel hop or valet- we were traveling with 4 kids and so many bags so we weren’t expecting that. When leaving there was no bell hop cart available so we had to make many trips with kids back and forth from room to car etc with our stuff. The restaurant was cute and accommodating and the highlight of our stay. When we got back to our room the floor had pretty large puddles of water and we noticed the air conditioner was dripping. Someone came up to help but I couldn’t dial out on the room phones they did not work so I had to call from my cell. The next day when we were all getting ready a maintenance staff just came in our room without asking and said he is there to fix the leak (that was fixed) and it was alarming. Also the hot water did not work for showers. I know the leak was a one off thing and uncontrollable but it was just kind of upsetting. Overall the kids had fun and staff was nice but a few bumps and the luggage thing and no valet definatley made this a very tricky spot for travelers to stay the parking garage was about a 10 min walk, next time I would not be able to stay here being from out of town and having multiple pieces of luggage, logistically it was hard

The hotel was fine. The service was mediocre. We were guaranteed a 3 check in. Our full room wasn't ready till 6 and even then the bedding was dirty- like gross stains in the sheet and comforter. When this was pointed out they did clean the bedding but otherwise failed to make the situation right. For what we paid, this was a crazy disappointment. I would not stay again.

The stay was one of the best hotel stays I have had. The customer service was 10/10, such kind, giving, and helpful staff all around. I would give the stay in total a 9/10, and the only reason it’s not a 10 is because the king bed we stayed in was pretty uncomfortable and extremely noisy, so if you turned at all you would wake up. Everything else about the stay was a 10/10.

I stay with my family for a couple days and it is ok, is good locations and the hotel is new and good maintained. The only issue was that I think is to much money for what you get. Price value is not there

This is the third time I chose to stay here and the service is consistently good. They helped me a great deal with this particular stay and I really appreciated it very much. The room is more spacious than in most hotels I’ve stayed. Will definitely look into staying here again.

Great location. Had the Family loft. Plenty of room. Two bedrooms interlinked so 2 good sized bathrooms and showers. Great gym with great views. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Would go back.

The hotel has a fun vibe and presents as higher end but my bed was squeaky and the pillows were large, cheap Dacron style. When asked if there were other options, they would not offer anything. When asked if I could have a late check out to accommodate a work meeting, they told they me the hotel was 100% booked and couldn’t accommodate a late check out. However, they are still many rooms available through reservations when I checked on the website. Again, didn’t feel as if the staff were considering the request and gave a stock answer.

Amazing service and helpful staff. Very quiet rooms. We had a family loft at Seventh floor. No view but large rooms and shower in both rooms Big tv and very good comfort in the room Overall a 4 star hotel and the location SAS great. The connecting restaurant had loud music so we sat outside for breakkfast. But the music wasnt disturbing in the rooms,

We had a wonderful experience at INNside Chelsea. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—safe, central, and within walking distance of many top NYC sights. One big plus for us is that it's so close to FIT, where our son attends college, making visits super convenient. The room size is typical for NYC but very comfortable and spotless. The entire hotel has a bright, airy, and modern feel that’s also welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and welcoming stay in Manhattan!

The hotel was wonderful. The rooms are very well designed and very clean. I love the flooring (no carpet). The staff was very good. I did not love the location. It is very "mid-town" and I prefer a neighborhood setting, although it is just a few blocks from Penn Station. The room price varied greatly for the 3 days of our stay from $359 to over $600 (way too much $$$$).

The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is very good. The reason for less than 5-start was that they really struggled with check in and availability of the room which was delayed by more than an hour after expected check in. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Came with my 15 year old daughter. Wonderful hotel close access to the metro. All of the staff were attentive, kind and welcoming. Happy we opted in for breakfast vouchers - we enjoyed our meals. Room was a step above basic and kept very clean and contemporary, good beds and bedding, Nespresso and quiet as the hotel isn’t on a busy street! Glad we brought our own cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower cap) as anything beyond a shampoo conditioner mix, mint body wash and lotion was not available. But that’s minimal and did not detract from the quality. The robe was so comfy, great workout facility and again - the staff was attentive, kind and friendly! Would stay again!

Check in was lackluster. Front desk staff was not very friendly with the exception of one employee. I received the wrong room and was not accommodated. Towels were rough and flies present in room. Room service was also confusing and customer service was lackluster. Room service was sent to room in to-go containers and paper bags.

The front counter staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival and had to put our baggage in storage and we felt very comfortable about its security. Staff arranged a taxi for us when needed. Beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

I would definitely stay and recommend this hotel. The only thing I'd like to comment on is the wait on the the elevator during peak hours specially when airline crew members check in sometimes can be long. Although, the DJ made the wait entertaining at times. Both DJs during my stay there were playing great 90s music.
