Toilet leaked. Paint allover everything. Hole in the window. Shower dirty no toilet roll

Bed was tidy, but uncomfortable. Floors and general appearance was not inviting, and looked dirty. The shower was very pleasant.

Parking and staff was good. Cleanliness not so good.

I did not stay at the property, the room was dirty, the bed unmade, and there was rubbish on the floor, I vacated and had to find a suitable hotel

You get what you pay for and it was better than expected! Parking was a little scarce though for the size of the property. Also didnt help that others not staying park outside as well. All in all served its purpose.

It was amazing and proximity to everywhere I wanted to visit.

Very dirty

The property has just been redecorated. The room was clean, comfy and well equipped. The 2 guys on the desk were lovely, friendly and helpful. My car was safe. Everything about my stay was perfect. Incredible value for money. I was working in central Manchester, which was 30 minute walk. I couldn’t have asked for more from my stay. I would definitely recommend this place, and I’d stay again.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! I WISHED ID READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! As soon as we entered we realised how dodgy and dingy this place was. Guy at desk barely looked up till he realised we were two women and proceeded to get me two single bed. When i explained we were married i could sense the disgust from him! Room was absolutely diabolical. Stains everywhere. Dust everywhere. Dirt everywhere. People waliing into our rooms. Absolutely horrific.nDO NOT STAY HERE. LEFT A DAY EARLY TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE. EXPEDIA EVEN DIDNT HELP US. DO NOT USE

Dirty. Smelly.

This was a last minute booking,it was cheap , man on reception very friendly and showed us to our room, hotel in close vicinity to Salford and transport to Manchester, only half hour walk to Manchester...good sized room, with mezzanine for bed, just needs updating and good clean....only had one cup, was ok for one night, bed really uncomfortable as well as pillows....

The beds were extremely uncomortable

The property looked like an abandoned building from the outside, the rooms were very basic and not very clean, bad paint jobs and mould in some places

The worst hotel iv ever stayed in, if I was able to book a different hotel I would have left immediately. I don’t even believe they changed the bedding as there was hairs and stains all over the bed. They definitely do not clean the room. It was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. I would never ever ever stay there again even for free even if you paid me I’d still decline!

Very bad experience, it look run down, extremely old furniture, not very clean, not as shown in pictures. V.Poor over all.

It was doable at best. There were several hairs on the bed and in around the room. There was mould in the bathroom. The night light didn't have a bulb. No hot water from bathroom sink. The "window" was out looking into the hotel corridor. Very dirty walls. Could also hear other customers at night from other rooms. Staff were not welcoming and I wouldn't bother trying to ask for anything. The shower pressure was good though despite it being too hot.

I arrived late afternoon and it was dark. The inside of the hotel and particularly the room were very dirty. The bed had been tidied so a cleaner had obviously been in but when i pulled back the duvet, it was filthy, not just the odd mark but filthy. It hadnt been changed for months. I was told there were no other rooms and had to leave. No help to find another hotel or even a taxi.

Parking is a bit hit and miss but there is usually a space if you wait long enough

Absolutely awful never go again made a complaint but got told it was fine when it definitely was not!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL. Booked this for 2 members of staff, the room conditions and cleanliness were appalling to the point that the staff members slept fully clothed on top of the bedding after seeing the state of the mattresses and bedding. We booked 2 double rooms and were given 1 double and 1 single, when this was queried the staff member was moved to a double room that was in a worse state than the single and the wardrobe almost fell on top of him when he tried to open the door so he ended up swapping back to the single room as although it was bad it wasn't as bad. The bathroom was disgusting and looked like it hadnt been properly cleaned in months. The are outside the hotel was littered with nox cans and needles. It was so bad that they contemplated just spending the whole night at the McDonald's across the road.

This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Far from it! While entering the building the rubbish surrounding is terrible… no one seems to be tidying the grounds! Check in was grand, the man was pleasant and professional.. After check in, you walk on dirty carpet and smelly halls, there is a vending machine but is not working! As I entered my room the first thing you encounter is the real musty smell of smoke and damp. The room didn’t even have a window so no ventilation or you can’t even have the blind open as people walking in the hotel will see you… quite reclusive!! The blind itself is really dirty, lots of dirty marks on it as well! Surely it’s not that dear to change a blind!! The bed is hard and thin, I slept ok but the smell has made my clothes and bag smell musty!! On checking the bed it has burnt cigarette holes in it and hairs all over it, I also got quite itchy while lying on it! It’s even got stain marks all over it! The carpet in the room feels dirty so I had to wear my shoes while walking on it… the light fitting on the bed didn’t even have a bulb fitted, so that didn’t work.. (again how much is a bulb) They have left a tray for tea and coffee, I had to clean the cup and teaspoon as was dirty! Not a thing you would have to do if you’re paying for a stay! The bathroom smells really bad, as the flooring is yellow and looks like it’s never been cleaned! Also there amount of insects and daddy long legs is shocking.. But the shower was good! Avoid…

Staff was fantastic, but the room could of been cleaned better also other visitors shouting and banging until 3am didn’t make it the best of stays, won’t be staying again

The hotel was a typical budget hotel, it did the job intended. The shower was fine and the room was mostly. A few stray long hairs in random places (not the beds) possibly from when the room was cleaned. The location is convenient for getting into the centre of Manchester via train, and at a push walkable. 24/7 McDonalds across the road is helpful for those needing something quick to eat too.

Wow don’t know if there are words to actually describe this place. It’s absolutely filthy rotten and I wouldn’t let a rat stay there. Upon walking into the property once we had recieved our key card (we were going to the England game so the place was the only one available we live near Newcastle so had to get a 4 hour coach there and back) and walked passed the reception what we seen was a massive mess. We got to the property at 12.30am and left at 6am for our coach and my god I was pleased we only had to put our heads down for a few hours. The carpet in the hallway before you get to the stairs was absolutely filthy with stains everywhere. There was a massive what looked like a large throw ontop of the carpet next to the vending machine hiding what smelt like a massive patch of dogs wee. The smell was that bad you could smell it all the way up to our room on the second floor, Walls, carpets, bedding, Furniture, bathroom were all filthy. My son is only 12 and he was absolutely mortified he even asked if we could sleep in the 24hr McDonald’s across the road with it only being a few hours till we left. The building looked unsafe and if I could of uploaded my videos and photos I would of. Met some other geordies there and all we talked about was the state of the place we were staying and how could they let anyone stay here. The smell from the hotel was on our clothes the next day and I had to wash everything we had with us twice when we got home. Never ever again I’m disgusted,

Ceiling in the room had cobwebs and multiple spiders in the corners. Mattress needed to be flipped or replaced. It clearly been used plenty of times. However, bathroom was clean, tea/coffee was available.

Its a low cost budget place and you get what you pay for.

The hotel room was filthy with dirt just about everywhere, smelled so bad it was disgusting and the walls were so thin, you could hear the couple next door all night, booked for two people but only towels for one provided, disheveled place. Not worth staying in ever again.

Booked this hotel as it was closer to the centre. was maintenance issues so was transferred to a hotel a 20/30 min tram ride away. Understandable as things happen however no discount was offered. Obviously had to pay for the transport. booked a double bed for 2 people. Got given a single bed!! We were inconvenienced and room was downgraded!! Only mention was do we know it’s only one bed- assumed a double so said fine. Then receptist no where to be found to complain! No kettle or hairdryer either. Walkway to hotel all broken too

From the minute of arriving the outside was dirty and looked dodgy, had to wait for a receptionist for about 20 mins before checking in. The carpets were ripped and stained and floor was wet from a leak. The room was unique with a bathroom as you walk in on the right a sofa and desk and then some stairs going upto the bed on some sort of landing. The walls were all marked and dirty and the carpet was frayed. Just didn’t feel like a nice place to stay and there were constant noises outside.
