We arrived very early, and the receptionist was able to offer a room well before check in. That was very kind after a long bus journey. In general the customer service skills of the reception team at this hotel is exceptional; especially the lady on in the mornings, and the gentleman in the evenings. The room was fresh and modern, with a nice bed, linen and towels. We were only really passing through, but there are a number of restaurant options and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was of average quality, but good enough overall. The breakfast room is out of keeping with the rest of the hotel, though it appears the hotel are going to renovate this space. The lobby and toilets are very clean, as is the hotel more generally. The hotel could be a bit more eco-friendly - the heating in both the bedroom and bathroom was turned up very high on arrival. We had to open windows to cool it down.

Very nice the hotel staff and at the time I arrived I just needed to pick up the key card to go to sleep without any stopping by at the front desk . Brilliant ! Good job

Nice hotel but the breakfast was poor and served in. Room that belonged to the 20’s ( in a bad way) : although a sign was up saying that they weee refurbishing the breakfast room do I guess these things happen....

Great Argentian hotel chain! (I didn't know that it was) I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel brand again based off this experience. Amazing and unexpected design. However, the regular rooms, while well appointed, are a bit on the small side, though still comfortable. I would recommend the suite if the price difference isn't too great.

I now have to spend time disputing thus with hotel.com and the hotel by email. We couldn't argue for longer as we had a pre-booked bus out of town.
