Everything was fine but we thought the $10 fee for parking on hotel property was a bit odd and unnecessary. If it was valet parking that would be different.

It truly was amazing. Breakfast each morning was truly delicious and i looked forward to breakfast each day dur to how great it was. Pool and hot tub area was great. My room was spotless upon my arrival and their staff was very attentive to maintaining its cleanliness and comfortability throughout my entire stay. I will definitely be returning soon.

It was an beautiful, clean feeling hotel. We chose this particular hotel because it had a bar and restaurant to relax at after a long day, but due to staffing issues they closed early. Closed within 15 minutes of being there, we had to once again drive to eat and so no relaxing. Plus I prepaid for breakfast in which was less than quality food. Soggy French toast, bagels were a hard as they could be. Overall a big disappointment.

Great stay. I guess I’m old fashioned but I iron clothes. The retractable cord on the iron was very difficult to use. I had to stand on the cord to iron to use it :P The bathroom has a barn door style and it isn’t very private and keeps sliding open. Besides that, great stay and very quiet.

Nice place, lots of food close by, daily room cleaning which doesn’t seem to be a standard anymore. Just wish you didn’t have to pay for both parking and breakfast.

The hotel itself was clean and safe. I really liked the decor and overall feel. The pool area was clean and not busy. There was somebody above us that wouldn’t stop thumping in the morning, we ended up leaving a little early and reported it to the staff so that they wouldn’t put somebody in there the next night. They didn’t seem too concerned. The menu offered at the restaurant did not look very appetizing, so we went out. They also charge for continental breakfast. Overall, we would stay there again. There are many other dining options in the area.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Breakfast is pricey for what you get, but kids eat free. My yogurt was expired and the bread products were extremely smelly like they are actively molding. I tried a bagel and bread since nothing appeared visually moldy, but they tasted like the mold smell. The staff claimed they just brought the bread out today, so it might be that the box itself was not properly cleaned before? I’m not sure, but honestly I’ve worked in food service for many years and understand how the expired yogurt and bread smell could potentially happen when you’re doing mass breakfasts every day, especially if the week has been slow or staff is short. I did not ask for a refund or try to make a scene, just wanted to make the staff aware in case a less understanding guest makes a complaint. Our room was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Despite the breakfast, we fully enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely stay again. It is also in an amazingly convenient location and very quiet despite the major road nearby.

It was amazing the clerk greeted me and my family with a smile was very helpful with every question I had. The bartender was amazing there as well very good customer service there's a place you can sit with your kids just out side of the bar and the bartender saw we had are child and came over and put cartoons on for her and sat there and got to know us. Over all I will be staying at this hotel again and will recommend it to everyone that asks about a good hotel. The pool was warm very clean as well

We had a late check in and though my reservation was for 2 bed, they gave us only one and had to use a pull out. The employee at the desk was very apologetic and did everything he was able to. But at the end of a busy day, it was disappointing.

The property was great. The one irritating factor was having to pay $10 per night to park in the parking lot. Plus, an additional fee was charged for breakfast which used to come with the room. Hidden fees should have been disclosed.

I would not stay for the bathrooms alone. Sliding door, no locks, gap, frosted glass. I was with my sister and it was horrible zero privacy. Thank goodness not with anyone else.

Everything is what you’d expect from a HI. It very clean and nicely furnished. You have to pay separate for a breakfast that is the same as all hotels. My only complaint is that I chose this hotel because it has onsite EV charging but the chargers were broken.

Keys didn’t work, went down to the desk, they gave me another set of keys that didn’t work. Then they came up with me, unlocked the door and told me maintenance would need to come. What a horrible first time staying here!
