Very nice hotel in the heart of Cherry Creek. Would recommend!

Wonderful hotel employees! Room service was non existant, never was able to have them a swer and the phone hung up every time. There were a few maintenance issues (phone, door, shower head) but nothing we couldn't deal with. For the type of hotel and the price, the bed and pillows could be of higher quality, they weren't bad, but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Only place to stay in CC- great vibe, friendly atmosphere and perfect location. Only comment would b to separate the free glass of wine from check- in. Gets hectic at that time and seems they prioritize wine over new guests arriving! Otherwise great stay!

Always stay at this hotel when visiting Denver.The staff is always so welcoming.

The hotel lacks an identity. The two restaurants in the lobby are probably the best hotel restaurants I have ever eaten at.

We enjoyed our stay

The staff was friendly and the property was right in the center of where I needed to stay. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a crusted over glass with drink still in it on the desk, the bed smelled musty, and the bathroom did not seem sanitized. It was really gross. The free water and compliment drink was nice and the valet was friendly.

Excellent staff, great customer service, and the restaurant on site for breakfast is a hidden Gem!

Lots of promise… nicely and creatively appointed rooms (though not large), great location for shopping. Mattress (very very soft/caves in) and pillows (large/hard) were poor. Window blind is very thin so lots of light comes in. Some staff were pleasant, others not so much. Some promised amenities absent.

We’ve been staying at Halcyon for the last couple of days. We feel we are definitely getting the value we’re paying for. Room size is great. Amenities are wonderful. Love the restaurants ; Local Jones and Quality Italian. Each staff we encounter with is friendly and welcoming. Front desk staff is always helpful. More importantly this hotel is very dog friendly. Every staff shows affection to our dog with my dog’s favorites: treats! One important detail is they have HBO Max complimentary! For movie lovers like us, it’s a huge value and gain during our stay:) Thank you, Halycon team! We’re loving our stay!

The property has a great location, close to the Cherry Creek Mall, the stores in Cherry Creek and excellent restaurants. We also loved the champagne/beer reception when we arrived. The heated rooftop pool and hot tub were nice, as well. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our room. We paid for a "Great King," which was supposed to have a "city view," more living space and a larger sofa than a "King Den" room. The view from our room was the wall of a building that was very close to our hotel. The "sofa" was barely the size of a small loveseat. When I called the front desk to inquire whether or not we actually were given a "Great King" room the woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. She said, "Yep, that's a Great King." However, the other clerks we encountered at the front desk were extremely friendly and professional. ( Another young woman and two different young men.) The refrigerator in our room didn't work. When I called the front desk about this, the same rude woman said, "It's not really a refrigerator, it's just a cooler," although it looked like a refrigerator and didn't seem to be cooling at all. She then asked if I wanted a refrigerator and I said yes, and a different refrigerator was brought to our room while we were gone. The mattress was saggy and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. There was no body wash in the shower or anywhere in the bathroom. Instead there was a bottle of body lotion in the shower, in place of body wash.

A gorgeous hotel with service on top of their game. The room has a modern design and it’s big. We had dinner at Quality Italian and it was delicious. .

I love this hotel I I’ve everything about it They have creatively added lots of little touches that provide an unusually wonderful experience and the staff is super friendly easy going and helpful

The hotel staff was brimming with kindness. Truly the most positive staff of any hotel I have stayed at. Coffee in lobby in the morning was delicious and a nice touch.

Going back to CO in May..Halcyon is the only place I want to stay...best experience in lodging...EVER.
