I love staying here. It’s beautiful, the staff is so kind, it’s relaxing. I love the restaurants, the café, the lounge/bar area, & the live music. The rooms are really nice and so are the bathrooms. I love how it’s just a couple minute walk to Graceland.

An amazing hotel, especially if you are a fan of Elvis. Our room looked over the "Chapel in the Woods". While a little on the expensive side, it definitely adds to the whole Graceland experience. Worth every cent.

We had a wonderful time! It was nice to sit in the lounge and relax and unwind from your day while listening to the live music! Then get your complimentary peanut butter and jelly sandwich and chocolate milk at 9pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Wonderful stay just had a small issue when checking in we were issued a room went to that room and walked in to find it all ready occupied so back to the front desk we went Other than that we loved our stay

In my opinion, you must really be a die hard Elvis fan to come here and put up with the "nickel and dime stuff" - paid parking, no complimentary coffee... Seemed like the hotel had you captive because of the bad rep of Memphis for crime and they took advantage of that. We had pleasant interactions with some of the staff but others were pretty indifferent (especially when you were over at the mansion and museums). My wife wanted to come here and now it's done. She agreed that a return trip is highly unlikely.

Great location for Graceland , staff was a tad on the curt side at check out as we had some issues with ink ( that got water on it ) from the Graceland VIP tour lanyard bleeding into my wife’s clothes so be warned . Pool was nice and room was large (560) and if you like Elvis then this is the place

Definitely the place you want to stay when you visit Graceland! Basil (concierge) and Rayan (server in the restaurant) made the experience even better! Food was delicious & the hotel itself was beautiful and had lots of activity going on. My kids loved the shuffleboard tables outside and the pool was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

It seemed to be in a rough location. We were concerned about leaving our vehicle in the parking lot. The hotel was fine, just seemed a little dingy. We had three women traveling and the one in a bed alone got bedbugs from the hotel.

Best place to stay in Memphis TN I felt safe & the staff was very amazing at customer service. The restaurants are great and the Theatre was an added bonus! Loved the pool, hope they get a Presley themed spa inside !! Would love the opportunity to have spa services and relax more on vacation .

Walkable to Graceland. Had a cinema showing an Elvis film each night . Had peanut butter and jelly and chocolate milk in the evening . Choice to two eating options restaurant and bar area. Nice pool with fire pit.

Overall great experience that included a couple of issues that were addressed promptly. We were moved after our request due to toilet leaking. Loved the free theater that showed Elvis movies. Also the free PP&J with chocolate milk served nightly adds to the experience! Hotel beginning to require TLC. Great location and shuttle service to Graceland and or airport! Do recommend staying here for the full Graceland experience.

Shuttle bus to/from airport starts at 6:30, so if you have an early flight (e.g. be at the airport before 7 am), then taxi, Lyft, or your only options. For Uber it’s $43 for a ride to the airport. The property is fantastic, but my room had multiple pieces of wallpaper that pulled away from the wall. The hotel warrants a 5 rating, but lack of maintenance in rooms warrants a 4 rating. Bar and restaurant options are stellar.

For what i was paying for, i expected a bit nicer rooms. Toilet kept running, coffee maker didnt work and tv remote didn't work properly. It was clean, staff were great, just a bit disappointed in the room quality.

Th hotel was a great location across Graceland. A shuttle would take you and bring you back to hotel. There was a great number of restaurants to choose from for breakfast lunch or dinner. The pool was also great to relax. We didn’t get to do the theatre but the option was there. Rooms were clean . They could start to change the bed skirt a little torn and clean the carpets,
