Clean rooms with nice Dove brand toiletries. Friendly staff, small shop for snacks and essentials, pool and hot tub area was clean and spacious, and plenty of food and beverage options at the continental breakfast. Would definitely return.

I liked it was walking distance to shops and movie theatre.

It was okay. Didn't feel like it was worth the extra money. I have stayed in this brand of Wyndham hotels before, this one seemed a little more dated than the others. Cracked paint, smaller rooms, etc. Probably more a 3-3.5 star hotel than the 4.5 it is rated at.

The convenience, the good breakfast..

Our room was directly above the sliding doors at the entrance every time the doors opened the room would vibrate. Our room wasnt very clean, there was someomes ipad in the bed when we arrived. Dog hair on the counter and even though we were told we could see our vehicle there was the canopy covering the windows. The front desk staff were uninterested in customers. Staff were more interested in siitting behind their monitors sharing music then the check in process. Wont stay again.

The property is in a convenient and scenic location. The breakfast area is kept clean and breakfast is generous.

Bathroom in room could have been cleaned better - mold all around sink grout and physical dirt in corners in bathroom

Excellent room, lots of room and more than enough room for family of 6. We made the chair and foot stool into a bed and it was perfect saved us the 25 $ cot fee

Clean room but ours looked a bit worn out. Broken elevator, broken waffle maker, very slippery floor on the pool deck. Biggest disappointment was getting a room for disabled and the heavy doors to the room and bathroom. Our 6 year old could not open the door to the bathroom.

Very nice place to stay, breakfast is always great and this hotel is by far the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Great job housekeeping! This is why people come back.

Good hotel option in Sudbury.

Nice hotel BUT only 1 elevator working, the other was out of order. You would wait a bit for it. They ran out of toliet paper so I had to request extra rolls on the Wednesday. I was told there order wasnt coming till Friday. And lastly it was busy in the morning and there definitely wasnt enough seating for you to eat breakfast.

Convenient location to shopping areas. Large pool gr at for kids.

I had previously stayed at the Microtel a couple years ago and enjoyed it. Decided to come back this year while visiting Sudbury. Was unfortunately a little disappointed this time around. Dirty children's socks from previous guests were left in room, one in a very obvious place, and another on the desk. There were mysterious orange / brown splatter stains on the duvets which was a little distressing to see. Customer service at front desk upon arrival seemed a little irritable and unapproachable, I got the impression that I was annoying her while checking in. When checking out, the experience was better, a different person. The breakfast was very disappointing; broken waffle maker so we had to wait a while to use the operational one, but I can understand it would take a while to fix... the coffee machine spewed out scalding hot coffee, so even when double cupping it was burning my hand to hold and bring to my friend, all of the apples were old, bruised and mushy. On a positive note, the hotel itself is in a nice location, next to shopping and food options. Nice building overall. It feels safe in the parking area and the building externally looked well maintained and appealing. It's nice that it's got a pool, though I didn't get a chance to see it, so I can't speak to the conditions of that. The room aesthetically was nice. Overall, better than other locations I've stayed at in Sudbury, but a little disappointed for the price point, and likely to stay elsewhere next time.

Stay was ok , disappointed that the breakfast had lots of fruit flys - both from waste containers next to it and flying among the food products offered.
