Great hotel in the midfle of nowhere. Not for turists, who are intetested to explore Puebla, because its too far from anything you want to see, but for some who maybe works or visit volkswagen plant- its a great choice. Great room, good beds. Pool would be wonderful, but they put way too much chlorine in it, I was gagging through my swim. Breakfast was great, but the coffee was absolutely aweful. I didnt expect great, but definitely not that bad. It was bad! Put m9re coffee in your coffee Ramada! Over all it was a good stay. I would reccomend it to anyone who nweds to stay by volkswagen factory or needs to go to Outlets center( prices are not cheap at all, more like a regular full priced stores)

The customer service was excellent.The kitchen however tended to run out of coffee, forks and food each morning at the free breakfast.As people left the tables should have been cleaned immediately as people were constantly coming in to eat. The manager was most helpful at this establishment.

Hotel was great! Only issue was that it is near the highway and no easy access. Also, not a lot of dinning around or store to buy anything. As for the room it was nice, clean only issue was the beds had a mattress cover that was plastic and it made a lot of noise when you moved at night and wasn’t able to sleep well.

The hotel is new, well designed and built, it has a nice, modern design featuring cartoons by Trino decorating most walls in the hotel. There is an entrance to the property in the back, the gate there is locked and unmonitored. Call and they'll send someone to let you in. I had an issue with a flat tire during my stay; no one at the front desk or concierge either cared or was aware they had equipment to help guests with these issues, I finally asked to speak to the maintenance guy and he knew what they had and helped out.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Encore. It is clean and modern. All the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was a good size and the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The parking is close to the entrance and is secure with video surveillance. And the Premium Outlets are just one block away. It’s right on the side of the highway which makes for easy access. Although a little drive to the center of Puebla.

The room was modern and well equipped. There is a restaurant on site. There was renovation work ongoing in the parking lot and entrance so we could not unload our luggage at the entrance. The hotel easy to access from the highway but driving back to the highway is more complicated.

We really love the fact that is away from traffic, the rooms are very modernized and great view of the mountains on both sides. The staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. Management are there for you always trying to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Nice pool with city view. Price's are very reasonable compare to older properties because this one is only 3 years old. New modern look. Breakfast is great if they have larger occupancy they have a variaty of wonderful dishes in the form of buffet style. The other days you order from a traditional Mexican style breakfast to the American way. Nice bar area to relax and enjoy a drink. We stay for over 16 days in the RELAX KING SUITE. Love it and will reccomend this hotel with out hesitation to those visiting Puebla. This chain of Ramada by Wyndham are great to stay. Make sure to get your rewards point account.
