Beautiful and extremely huge room! Loved the sitting area with bar. From the lights to temp control, everything was Smart technology. Palatial bathroom w jacuzzi tub. Such luxuries were greatly appreciated!

The hotel was amazing! Only concern was the air in the room. It was very hot at one point. Service desk downstairs were able to adjust it for us! Beautiful location and just overall romantic feel!

The hotel was conveniently located downtown. Parking was easy with the valet available and a lot across the street. The bathroom situation is amazing. If you don’t like Buffalo, just hang out in the bathroom of your hotel room. The roof top bar was pretty cool, offering views of downtown. Plenty of dining options as well as night life available. Overall, this hotel is very, very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hot spring was a nice surprise. The rooms are beyond comfortable. My massage was heavenly. Food quality could improve. More farm or table and organic options would be a nice addition.

Excellent hotel, spacious room was very comfortable and clean with a huge modern bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast buffet. Complementary valet parking. Would definitely stay there again.

The old world charm coupled with modern amenities ( the showers are great with multiple jets and the wet dry todo toilet ) make this a great hotel. The staff was helpful and gave recommendations for touring the area. Complimentary valet parking and bottled water was a welcome surprise.

Great room service by Leslie. Valet parking friendly and efficient free service. Urban Hot Spring is awesome but actually a glorified hot tub. Lobby music is saccarine. Warning: many room functions are automated and electronic (even the toilet and shower!). Innovative but excessive.

While the bed was comfortable, it was insanely high. I’m 5’3 and could only get on the bed if I used the vanity bench—which could have been dangerous for someone less coordinated and impossible for anyone shorter. Also, although there was plenty of room, there was just one chair in the room. And that was a not terribly comfortable desk chair.

Having parking on-site was great. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I'm not a fan of carpet in the rooms, but that seems to be a popular choice for most hotels. Breakfast was OK, but l expected more from a 5 star. The lighting in the bathroom made it almost impossible to apply makeup (not typically a priority for me lol but it was annoying) Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay at the Curtiss again.

It’s very dark… not enough light in bathroom, elevator, the whole hotel in general is not bright enough. Felt like I put my makeup on in the dark, even though there was a makeup mirror with light provided. A bathroom needs to be much brighter. Otherwise it was a decent hotel with friendly staff

Nothing really bad about the hotel, but it's just not a five star hotel, it can't be! Here is why: 1. Starring from the parking lot: Someone pushed the luggage trolley towards me and left. You push your own luggage to your room. In a so called 5 star hotel, I expect a better welcome! 2. Hotel staff are nice, but not a 5 star nice! I doubt so.e of them have any formal hospitality training. 3. In a so called 5 star hotel and when the room costs above $400, I would expect decent hot breakfast not cold boiled eggs and bagel. The breakfast buffet was something you get in a 2 star hotel, not even in a 3 star hotel.

Best hotel with the nicest rooms in Buffalo. Vue is fun and chic. Chez Ami is also very good. I even love the lobby bar. I love every part of the property.
