My daughter was getting married in hillman and the hotel is only 20 min away, the room was huge very clean and looked brand new, the bathrooms was amazing i got to take a nice bath in the huge tub!

The room and facilities were clean. Hotels.com indicated there was to be a hot tub in the room but there are no rooms with a hot tub in this hotel.

We had a terrible experience. We were promised a 4 PM check-in and when we arrived, we were told that the systems were down and we cannot check in. We were not able to check in until after 7 PM. There was only one restaurant open. There was no bartenders available. We were told several times that the location was understaffed. There was construction being done in multiple areas. There were some spots that had no lighting or poor lighting. It seemed Like it was in need of repair and and not taken care of very well at all. The casino seemed dirty and welcoming. The first bedroom that we got when we finally were able to check in smelled like old smoke. They subsequently gave us another room on the same floor not even three doors down. That room also smelled like smoke. We were told that the building was no smoking, but I do not think that’s true. it was very inconvenient. They were doing construction in the front entrance towards the parking lot where we parked our vehicle. We had to take all of our luggage and walk another 5 With all our belongings, we were not offered any compensation or any kind of perk to help with the issue that we had and we would never stay there again and give them very low recommendations

Property recently renovated and is very nice. Comfortable bed, clean room. First room we were put in smelled of smoke, which is not a reflection on the property but on whomever was in the room previous to us, went to desk and was immediately given a different room and they were immediately making sure the first room was being taken care of also. Customer service was excellent and the second room was great.

We knew we weren’t going to win anything at the casino being grand casino. But thought we’d try out the “renovated” rooms. Everything was very nice looking and clean but the beds were uncomfortable and the thermostat kept changing. So we were woken up every hour either hot or cold. Water pressure in the shower was nonexistent

All of the staff went above and beyond for us! So understanding with our wild baby and toddler, so friendly. Gave us everything we asked for (extra towels, rooms close to family, directions to other places). The pool was great, they did close it down due to lightening outside, (this is an indoor pool). I get it - my 3 year old did not get it so it was a task keeping her occupied. Wish they would have opened it back up once the weather cleared. All in all it was a great stay we will be back for sure!

Check in was a nightmare. They told us they were overbooked and could not accommodate adjoining rooms, then forced us to change a double queen room to a king room for 2 couples. Very disappointing considering I paid in advance when booking my reservation.

Hotel was very nice, Only issue was booking through Expedia and the hotel. I booked the hotel, and went to check in. There was some issue with some note the hotel manager must have wrote on the reservation. At least that’s what I was told. It took about an extra 10-15 minutes for them to fix the problem. Not a long wait, but when you are wanting to get to your room it seems like forever. All was taken care of with an apology.

Under renovation and the completed rooms are beautiful. Elevators are sketchy. Found a weird note in ky room from the cleaning staff. Restaurand was understaffed but everyone was friendly.

I was here with my daughter for an overnight stay. The room was nice and clean and so was the pool area. The pool and hot tub at this hotel are awesome! It’s the biggest hotel pool I’ve ever seen and the hot tub was very large too. The one thing that was a slight annoyance was the signage. The entrance t the hotel was very small and I couldn’t see it until we parked and got out. There are multiple entrances to the hotel/casino and it was very confusing as to where to go. But, overall great place!

There remodeling is looking good However They ask at check in if we wanted to be by the elevator. .Sure that would be nice .What they did not say and we found out after we got to our room is that they were under construction on that floor .Right across from us .We were woke to the sound of saws and noise from there working AGHHHH

The room was clean and nice. The restaurant (1991) was so slow we left without eating and went to Plums and waited finally ate dinner at 10 pm. It was good just hard to get and in the end not what we wanted. Pool was great!

The staff went above and beyond for us. My husband wasn't well, and they gave us early check in, no charge. Then when leaving, a chambermaid helped me bring my things out to the car. The room was beautiful, super comfortable. Will definitely be back

The place looks beautiful. If you are going to come to play at the casino and have kids with you bring someone to watch them. Kids are not allowed to even walk around or be in the pool area unsupervised which we had a 14 year old with and thought they would be fine but they did not allow it. They had us leave the pool area during a storm that they said had lightning but we never saw any watching it and were told by others that happened the previous night also without a real storm. We looked it up and unless it’s something with their filtration system that there have never been a death or injury due to the excuse. We stayed one night and got 10 mins in it and were asked to leave at 9:30. Pool should have been open to adults until 1am told we needed to keep calling the front desk.. we weren’t bothering employees all night that’s just silly. The employees at the front desk seemed bothered explaining the layout and when we had a problem w tv we called down and lady said to use other side of the guide which also didn’t work and then to go to front desk. Employee said he was going to the room as seemed very short with us, our other family was in their and said he was also short, barged his way in the door. New to casino and what to do rewards person I signed up w gave very little info when asked and we had no clue what to do at the slots. Lost a bunch of unnecessary $55 not knowing what we were doing in before we figured out a machine to work and they were penny slots so we left
