Despite language barrier as we have only a little Spanish we were able to get the room with bed type we desired! Excellent hot shower greatly appreciated after five nights without in Mexico!

We have stayed here many times, and have always had a good experience. This stay the weather was extremely cold and we were told the hotel had no heating for the rooms. Made far a very long uncomfortable night.

Not what was advertised, not at all how the photos looked. It is older than the images on the site, not comfortable at all, old bathrooms, gross sheets and old pillows. Hallway smells. Not a nice experience and checked out after one night.

After my check in I discovered that there was no towels (none) and ask the front desk they just plainly said we don’t have any; not informing about it when one just arrived is completely unethical and unfair. Next morning same issue, no towels; try to talk to person in charge “no way to connect with that person” try online, same thing.

La habitación estaba algo desmejorada, tenía detalles de limpieza en la ropa de cama y se notaba falta de mantenimiento en la habitación. Otro detalle que no nos termino de agradar fue que el desayuno es asistido y eso está muy bien, pero la persona encargada de servir, se dedicaba a comentar no de manera cordial sobre la cantidad de las porciones que pedían los comensales y el como combinaban sus alimentos, asegurando que eran raras las formas o que ella nunca había visto que comieran así los platillos que se ofrecían en el bufet. Y parecía que contaba la cantidad de comida que pedía cada comensal, cómo si no fuera bufet. Entiendo el tema del desperdicio, aunque asumo que si se paga por un servicio, el deber del personal es asistir a los clientes con cortesia.

I had to cancel my stay. The hotel clerks made it seem that I had reserved a single to justify my room not available until I showed them my reservation details they offered my money back. They wanted me to have a single room when I reserved and paid for a double for our family of 4.

Hotel is perfect for a goodnight sleep after a long drive. My family and I have stayed here for 4 years every summer on our way to our summer house to Michoacán. Breakfast is delicious as well.

El hotel esta bien para irse a quedar un fin de semana, pero me toco un cuarto donde avia muchos moscos en el bano y no me agrado eso. Pero lo de mas estubo bien.
