Terrible Never again We arrived at 12 am. Check in complete, all done, the receptionist said oh just to let u know we have an issue with the elevator so u have to go up 2 floors on the stairs, we said ok but is there anyone to help us with our luggages? He said unfortunately no. We had to carry four big luggages 2 floors on our own up then down after 2 days. Breakfast area always dirty and breakfast quality and variety is zero. The AC in the room was not cooling, we put it on the lowest temperature but nonsense. This is one of the most terrible experiences we’ve had.

Hello, We have really enjoyed our short stay at Civitel, the staff are all helpful and are all ready for support when needed. The room had been very clean and the location is 10 to 15 mins walk to Athens mall "the biggest in Athens". The put a welcome drinks and water at the room, some small snacks for the kids that was a beautiful insight from them. Unfortunately the elevator was faulty and we were in building 5 second floor, there is no staff to carry your laggages upstairs, so you count on your muscles 😀 In general, the place is beautiful for a short stay, very clean and has a very quite neighbourhood. A small suggestion if they can extend the operating hours of the swimming pool to 09.30pm, as most of the residents will come back late from shopping or visiting attractions and extending the pool hours can give them a great option when they come back.

The hotel was “ok”. It’s good prob for folks on buss conferences I used it for 2 nights for my family heading back from the islands Not really a good family friendly hotel due to lack of amenities and not super pretty but the staff was good

Rooms are very nice. They do allow smoking in the hotel or just didn’t care, as we could smell it all night from our neighboring room. The location is about a 45 minute cab ride to Acropolis which didn’t bother us. But it’s super close to the airport and huge shopping mall.

I like that breakfast was included in the price and there was a pool available for the hot days. The staff were really friendly and helpful to getting taxis, directions and helpful in providing information on COVID testing and printing for airport. Make sure and PRINT your test results.

So its our first time to stay in this hotel. It is in great location just off the highway. The receptionist is nice. But the room is aweful. Somehow their ac/heat doesnt work good. We complain about it but didnt really fixed it. We are so hot inside the room. Better opening the windows to get some air because their ac doesnt work.

Excellent hotel, amazing value for money with a free minibar (yes!) ... good location for Athens Mall, Rail and Green Line. Ideal for business travellers with an on site restaurant... perfect relaxing in after a long day!

The hotel was fine and all but it was not as expected. Most shockingly, the hotel staff check-in was not friendly at all. Someone needs to teach the staff how to smile. It was the coldest experience I have had to date.

The hotel was remotely located so there was nothing around, cafes, restaurant or anythig else. Nice room apart from the bed which, even if in general terms it was confortable, it was not to my likings, but thats me.

A newly built hotel in a residential/apartment area on a side street 6 minutes walk from Athens largest shopping mall. The hotel has a restaurant in an adjacent building inside their complex. They serve an adequate breakfast although their idea of chopping up and heating hot dogs versus bacon or ham is weird. That is offset by the fact that in 5 to 7 minutes you can easily walk on pavement over to the largest shopping mall. The mall has fast food, sit down restaurants, children's gaming areas, bowling area and a cinema showing latest movies. The hotel furniture is modern, ample and neat. The bathroom is large (mine was only a modern versatile shower, no tub, which as great for me. Bedroom large and nicely set up. Flaws: 1. For a person who needs to do some desk type work where you need to spread out papers and your electronic tools, the bedroom really DOES NOT have a meaningful useful desk. All other furniture, TV and such is modern and nice. 2. A new hotel on a smaller residential street that HAS NO outside sign and not even a building number mounted on or near it...that is silly. The taxi driver and myself could not for the life of us figure out if the GPS was lying saying we had arrived. Summary: Great staff, a pleasant place to stay, clean, modern and good value for your room rate.

The hotel is lovely. Very nicely decorated, modern, very clean, all the amenities needed. The room was large and very comfortable for our family of four. Staff very friendly and helpful! The pool and restaurant were wonderful. Location in Marousi is very convenient to center of Athens and airport. We would most certainly stay here again!
