If you want to sleep and have children who want to sleep before 12 midnight, don't chose this hotel. The music and the night life is not going to help you at all. The level of smoking all over the place with the exception of the inside is horrendous. You simply can't breath at all during the breakfast which is mandatory outside on the terrace and everybody is smoking next to you. The terrace is very small compared with the size of the hotel, in the sun most of the time even there are some umbrellas, which do not cover everybody, 33° at 9 o'clock in the morning tablets closed to each other and smoked by everybody else who doesn't have the common sense of respect the other who do not smoke and can't take the food and eat somewhere else away from them, in special children! They can go somewhere else and smoke if they can't go through a breakfast without. Byt here is the hotel staff obligation to respect those who do pay to eat a breakfast and do not want to vomit it later on because of the disgusting smell of cigarettes. Plus when the umbrellas are covering the terrace, the smoke can't go up and is going in other people's faces. Smoking by the pool on the sun chairs, smoking on the beaches on the sun chairs, everywhere. Disgusting! No room service, and the dinner is only between 7.30 to 8.30 and only if you order your dinner course before 6 PM. Car parking is very tight and might end up with your car scratched easily. Rooms are very small.

The hotel is right on the beach and has a nice pool. It’s an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is immaculately clean but is very dated. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room which was at the very end of the corridor and our air conditioning didn’t work, it just blew hot air around a little. We couldn’t sleep as it was so hot and it ruined our holiday. We asked a couple of times to move room but they wouldn’t move us. They have a strange system with the sun lounger at the pool where they’re reserved but people don’t seem to arrive to sit on them all day so I’m the end we just sat on them anyway. The breakfast wasn’t great with all the food being left uncovered outside and flies landing on it plus the hot food wasn’t kept warm enough.

Nice hotel and location but overall feeling was quite a dated! Our Room 101 was small and rather dated tiny tv with poor reception! I could see in other rooms and they looked more modern The sound proofing was shocking i could hear everyone in the hallway as if they were in the room with us i could hear the staff on their walkie-talkie very loud outside the door not very professional! when people used the shower above us was extremely loud water and pipe sounds! The Breakfast and pool was very good and nice staff however which helped to make up for the issues with the room! I would stay again but i would definitely avoid room 101 if you want to relax.

Our stay was good . Room was small but comfortable , lack of any uk tv channels was a dissapointment. Having to pay for a sun bed round the pool at ten euros a day for two isn’t exceptable and check on what extras you will be paying at the end of your stay , you will not be informed of them beforehand . The sun beds are free on the beach are free but expect to be solicited every few minutes to buy towels sun glasses and massage is not good .

The staff were so cheerful, helpful and very eager to please. The hotel is very clean and modern and the pool and beach area are in excellent condition. It was a little noisy late at night and early in the morning but a very comfortable room and bathroom and beautifully clean with air con in the room. The Head of restaurant was so welcoming and made huge efforts to please everyone. Perfect for couples or families. We will return!

Great location, excellent staff, clean and pleasant hotel.The room was a good size with decent bed, plenty of hot water and a great view over the beach.If I had to make a couple of criticisms, Id say the air-conditioning was frankly substandard for a 4-star facility. We had to go out on day 2 of our 9 day stay to buy a desk fan because the poor AC did next to nothing to take the edge off the 28c weather. If you get assigned room 208 the fan is probably still in there for you to enjoy! Also, no kettle or iron in the room. Not really an issue, but good to know.

Lovely hotel, worthy of the 4-star rating. Our included breakfast was very nice, both fresh produce and plentiful. The pool was lovely - very relaxing and excellent sun-beds. The beach was lovely too; every guest has a pre-allocated sunbed with parasol, though they are laid-out in a regimented way and quite close to each other so Id imagine when busy, youd be on top of each other, but not a problem when we visited in early June and mid-week. Room was spacious, clean and functional though we do not like the Govt policy which means that you cant switch-on the air-con until mid-June, even though it was 32C when we were there, and an uncomfortable 23C at night! Overall, a great spot to stay in this lovely beach resort. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful, also the pool. The breakfast coffee is really horrible!!! You have to pay if you want a sunbed at the pool.
