The apartment is in an ideal location for a city centre stay and having designated parking made it so convenient. Apartment was very well furnished and laid out making for a very comfortable stay. Views over the castle lovely, will be even better when castle work complete. Will definitely be back.

We did a Europe vacation with several different cities, and our stay here was by far the best. I will keep it for future and recommend it to others. It was spacious and beautiful, loved it. Also cleanliness is my top priority and I felt completely comfortable in that aspect.

Property is situated in central Inverness not far and within sight of the castle. We thought we were reserving an apartment with living room as show in the promotion but found we’d rented a small but we’ll appli yes flat on the top floor. In the promotion one must scroll to the bottom and find selections for the two places. We didn’t understand why early all photos appearing to show our rental unit were in fact the other apartment. No elevator so top floor was a slight surprise with our four bags at 10 pm when we arrived. The promotion stated if not cancelled within 24 hours of arrival a full night would be forfeited. We called and spoke to a nice lady when we feared needing to Cancel but within the cut off and we’re informed we’d forfeit the whole two nights stay and not just one night so we needed to stay one night at least and lost one nights payment (no fault of the property). Everything was lovely and well managed and maintained though the tiny quantity of washing machine soap (only two capsules) and same for dishwasher was puzzling. The hand soap only contained a small Measure of soap. Fridge was empty - no water but a coffee station was well equipped with a few cookies as well. All in all clean and well suited to multi-day stays. Internet worked well and system of door codes was efficient. Gated parking on the property was convenient. Price was fair and we would return in future if staying more than 1 or 2 nights. Beware of the different flats and policie

The property was in a great location, 2 minutes walk away from the centre. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and living room had a lovely view of the castle and over the river. The one thing that caught us out was the bed felt a little small. But fine for a couple for a few days

Accommodation was amazing! Great location and plenty of room and privacy for a family. If anything I would probably add a nonstick frypan and a pair of metal tongs for cooking.

Wonderful apartment, it was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Very close to the city center. We arrived late in the evening but the communication with the apartment beforehand was excellent, and we had no problems checking in. The apartment is nice and warm, and there was a tray of complimentary tea and biscuits. The staff is available during the day and we found them to be extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Inverness.

Apartment no 2 was fab and the whole set up is run so well, and the communication was great. Cleanliness was average, there was dust in places and big lumps of fluff under the couch and we found a random sock in the washing machine! It didn't bother us but may have others.

Impressed from the minute we walked in the front door. The apartments are ideally situated, literally 5 minute (max) walk to town centre. No:5 was extremely spacious, comfortable & clean and furnished to a very high standard with a large balcony overlooking the Castle. Loved the roll top bath, great for relaxing. Will definitely be looking to return.

Very good location and very spacious and bright rooms. We enjoyed cooking the suppers and we had a good 2-night sleep. Not entirely clean and cleaners picked up the towels we left on the floor and placed them back to the sink. This was very odd! We rang the emergency number and new towels arrived in 30 minutes.

Gorgeous setting right next to Inverness castle, sweeping views of the surrounding area from the lovely patios and we’ll appointed living room. Nice to have all the amenities, dishes, cookware, etc. to enjoy a bottle of wine and cheese before heading out on the town for a fun evening. Walking distance to all the city has to offer and a friendly and responsive staff with great recommendations for the visit.

The views surrounding the property are truly outstanding. We stayed in apartment 5 which hosts a large balcony overlooking the castle. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and provided extra coffee and sugar when requested. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you’d need for a short stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Free parking is available on site too. We experienced some problems with parking when the apartment block was full as the car parking only allows space for 7/8 cars. We resorted to parking near the entrance/exit barrier but in doing so we blocked the sensor which meant the barrier stayed open all night. The only other small negative we had was with the cleanliness. Although the apartment appears clean it could do with a real deep clean. There was grime/dirt on the paintwork above the door handles, which was especially noticeable on the lounge door. The kitchen drawers were also home to crumbs and other small pieces of dirt. Having said that, we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

We stayed in the family room number 7 right at the top in what seemed like the loft, it was very cool and surprisingly spacious. Great kitchen to cook meals and very clean. I guess the only criticism would be having to check out by 10. If it was 11 it would have been a bit easier especially organising two kids, apart from that it was a great stay.

I loved everything about Ardconnel Court. The location and views were amazing. Plenty of restaurant options nearby and a grocery store too. The apartment was spacious, bright, comfortable, modern and clean. The onsite staff were readily available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place.

Ardconnel Court is located close to the centre of town and offers all the convenience of self catering with M&S food hall in the pedestrian centre which can be accessed on foot via Market Brae steps. The property has been stylishly updated and is comfortable but not really luxurious as claimed. There is no lift and we were on the third floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the view of the castle beautiful. The main issue was the check in is only between 3.00 and 5.00 so you have to pre authorise you credit card if you can't be there by then and this is awkward and potentially dangerous if you have to do this over the phone. The bed was too hard for us.

A perfect self catering apartment in the heart of Inverness. My only complained is the ridiculous self closing hinges of all the doors in the place. There are 2 auto closing doors to force open going into the apartment, one to the kitchen and one to every room. Every door is a pain to open and very difficult. This makes it very hard to move around the apartment especially with luggage, kids or elderly. It takes muscle to open any door and keep them open long enough to move through. Other than that, it’s good!
