The hotel is placed in the City Center and you can move around easily, but the area is pretty noisy. The hotel could be in better shape, for example, better lighting in the restroom, a coffee maker, an iron, etc. The hotel staff was kind and proactive. However, it was hard to figure out how to get a receipt when doing the check out.

I've stayed here before and having family in SLP I am familiar with the area. Only thing I didn't like was the woman in the room next to me waking me up at 2/3:AM doing who knows what. I like that the hotel has food & you can pick up a coffee late but there's so many places around the area for food as well. Staff was great! Friendly. Maybe next time Ill get a better room or no one next to me..:)

The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice. I've stayed there last year 2023 , 2024 no complaints, and will stay there everytime I travel to San Luis Potosi. I will highly recommend El Gran Hotel Concordia to everyone.👍

Great hotel, excellent service, friendly staff who tried to speak English as much as I tried to speak Spanish as best as I could. They took all my bags up for me. They have everything in the room you can ask for. Hotel is super close to everything, safe area. I was impressed. Older hotel but rich in character. Don't have any expectations staying here, just learn to enjoy it. My only complaint is that they need to have more lighting on the ceiling in the bathroom but overall its a 5 out of 5 for me and I definitely will be staying here again! Great Job guys!
