Always a great place to stay. Great location and well appointed apartment. Needs to be supplied with washing up liquid and a cloth as dont have time to shop for necessities whilst there.

Loved the stylish Italian design and the Amalfi Suite layout. It felt luxurious. It was also really centrally located just off thr high street. It was very comfortable.
We had a couple of basic cleaning issues, which were not corrected during the stay, which has resulted in us not giving 5⭐️ for everything.

Just returned from a long weekend in Cheltenham and stayed here in the tuscany suite. Was great value for money and would love to come back again.
Booking was easy and updates / information prior to the booking was good.
On the day we were waiting to check in, got a nice courtesy call giving us all the information we needed for our room and that the air con had been left on to cool the room.
We found the hotel easily enough and the apartment did not disappoint. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed / furniture was nice quality and comfortable.
Location was perfect and was a short walk to the brewery quarter and town centre.
Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was ideal; the apartment facilities were great; and it felt very safe with the front lobby. Just needed the curtain fixing in our apartment. Good communications prior to our arrival.

there was a few things that let the property down in our opinion. dirty cups on arrival. doors ti bedroom needed re painting aa there are scratched whilst the sofa is fashionable its its not very comfortable and very low to the ground. my husband had to sit at the dinning table as he couldn't get out of the sofa.
bathroom was clean shame about the large boken tiles around the bathtub.
was good to have milk in the fridge on arrival.
didn't get entrance code till the morning we went and was told when i checked in it would arrive via email the day before. when i rang i could get an answer and was constantly being cut off
the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.
there was a lovely glass coffee table in front of sofa but we moved it so we didn't hurt our self walking through the apartment at night.

First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly with code for both exterior and room doors. Couldn’t be simpler. The added bonus was the carpark that was described as a minute away…..it isn’t it’s actually attached to the building so a real winner. Overall if you are doubting yourself, don’t just book. You’ll not regret it 👍

We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended.

Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although the helpful and friendly Ray in reception assured us this would be fixed next time we visited and we can certainly say we would stay again!

Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.

Really lovely stay, paid extra for parking very secure and a few steps away. Suite was lovely and clean with everything you need. Central to town and a short taxi to racecourse. Will definately come back. Well done Strozzi

Lovely stylish apartment with bedroom; living room, private bathroom and kitchen facilities. Perfect location for the town and with parking close by. Easy self check in and out. Very comfortable and nice luxury touches with robes, slippers, wide choice of tea and coffee, and an array of quality toiletries. Would definitely return. Would appreciate instructions for Nespresso as coffee came out cold. Other than that it was a perfect stay, many thanks.

Fantastic stay for a few days, clean and comfortable. The only thing (and its very minor) is that it wasn't very clear how you could get access to the property, I had to call, which was fine - I just missed from the communication that I needed to. Perhaps just texting or emailing the code to the booker?

Location is excellent. Accommodation is great only thing lacking is kitchen facilities there is a fridge, microwave and toaster need something to cook eg an air fryer would be great (we took our own). Will definitely stay again.

Booked this property for an overnight stay, was very happy to have a call to say we’d been upgraded to the Tuscany Suite. This suite is on the second floor, beautiful accommodation and well equipped. The property is centrally located and next door to a pub, but there was no noise or disturbance. Highly recommend and good value for what we paid.

Property in very good condition with the only problem being the A/C had packed up. In fairness, they had telephoned me to warn me and put additional fans in the room. Well equipped with toaster, coffee maker a selection of teas and a microwave. Suggest if staying overnight you bring some orange juice croissants etc for the morning.

Beautiful building. Small well appointed units. The unit was clean but the fan was very dusty. The unit had a ln excellent tea selection. Sugar and milk provided. As the unit has a microwave, we could do some quick meals. Would have appreciated salt and pepper. Overall very good stay for 3 weeks

The only reason it isnt perfect score is that it took a while to communicate with someone to get access we had to wait by the front door. Thank goodness it wasnt raining. The other small thing was that ut took a few days for new batteries for the remote to arrive.

Really like these suites, and will stay again. Stayed in the Tuscany suite - lovely kitchenette/sitting/dining area with Juliette balcony. The bedroom is beautiful and tucked away to the side - only gripes are that there is no window in the bedroom and we found it very hot despite opening doors to get air from the dining area in. Prssonally we found the pillow uncomfortable, but that is personal taste. The air conditioning in the kitchenette did not work ( had we been there longer we would have spoken to someone.) despite these minor niggles, the suite was beautifully presented, plenty of tea & coffee plus fresh milk, and incredibly clean.

Good facilities for making our own breakfast. Loved having a cafetiere and teapot. Fresh milk provided. Our stay was complicated by adding a second night, then having to choose a different suite because the first booking wasn't free. This made our interim day a bit more difficult with 10 am checkout and 4 pm check in. I didn't get any timely responses from anyone I emailed but the on site staff in the morning were great and even moved our case for us and let us in to the new room as soon as it was ready. Both were clean. Amalfi was lovely. Palermo great for star gazers. There were no windows but a HUGE skylight (closeable so light pollution no problem at night). Palermo had a whiff of sewage so there's an issue that needs sorting there.

We had a fantastic stay. The accommodation is central and beautifully decorated and comfortable. We stayed in one night to make the most of being here. The only negative was that I didn’t received the security code prior to arriving. Luckily
I was able to contact someone when we arrived. Our suite was ready early which was an added bonus.

Strozzi Palace was superb.
The only drawback was being charged twice for this accommodation, due to Hotel.Com's failure to pass on my payment made in advance on 29 November to Mansley. And now 2 weeks later I have still not been refunded. The Hotel.Com Customer Services rep's are not particularly empathetic, maybe that is a cultural thing, maybe not!

Stayed for a night in the Tuscany apartment which was spacious, with a separate lounge/kitchen and clean apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including coffee and milk. It is well located near restaurants and shops and the coach station. I'd definitely chose this apartment again
