Disappointing

There was not much to like. The room was very basic, they give you a fridge which barely works. The temperature of the pool was good, and there was always food available.

The room was dirty when we got in, there were holes in the sheets, and the shower did not drain properly. This had clearly been an issue for a while because the bathroom tiles were loose. The paint was chipping off the door and walls, and where it had been repainted it was a different colour. The pools were murky, and the kids play area was slippery from mold and algae. The food was edible, but that was about it. The same bread put out day after day, the same salads, and soups reused at meals (it looked like. Salads were very wilted), and most of the veg for the salads, and in cooking came from a can. The location was also poor. It was around a 20 minute walk from the beach, which had lots of dog droppings along the walk, and roadworks everywhere. The one way system added at least £5 to the taxi fare there. The resort is very spread out. The entertainment was also sub par, and very loud.

Para no volver más.

La ubicación, el mobiliario, y la comida cuando llegabas a tiempo no estaba mal.

La limpieza, en 5 días no vino nadie a limpiar, las colas para entrar a comer y para coger la comida, la dejadez del personal, (no la de cocina) el suelo resbaladizo de la piscina, las cucarachas, y sobre todo cuando llovió se mojó una parte de mi habitación y nadie hizo nada. Solo traer un cubo que se quedó allí los 5 días después de pedirlo como 3 veces, y toallas para poner en el suelo y en los muebles mojados. Preocuapcion por lo que pasó 0.

Muy mejorable

Habían varios camareros amables y una señora de la limpieza rubia algo mayor también, en si la habitación no era mala, el colchón cómodo, la comida aunque no era nada variada si que estaba buena

Uff hay muchas cosas que no me gustaron, la habitación de mis padres mataron más de 10 cucharadas, nos quedamos una semana y solo vinieron un día a hacer la cama y cambiar las toallas y fue el tercer día, pero el suelo no le pasaron y una semana sin limpiar estando en playas con arena se podrán imaginar como estaba y la habitación de mis padres no fueron ni una sola vez. El suelo de la piscina resbala y había que ir con mucho cuidado para no caer, no sé quien fue el que pensó que ese suelo era bueno para estar cerca del agua. El comedor era muy pequeño para la cantidad de gente que había y teníamos que hacer cola para entrar y si ibas casi a última hora entre que esperabas y cogías la comida, ya no había mucha variedad, nos faltó algo mas de variedad en cuanto carne y pescado. Y lo peor de todo fue que llovió un día y creo que la reforma fue tan mala que habían goteras por todos lados, en la recepción, comedor y la habitación y a razón de eso se nos estropeó el termo y tuvieron que venir a arreglarlo para tener agua caliente. Considero que si quisieran podría ser un buen lugar donde disfrutar, pero al final poco personal para ahorrar costes tiene consecuencias negativas.

Los postres y la zona de agua infantil

La masificacion de turistas mal educados, la suciedad de la piscina , aunque habian carteles que lo prohibian ,cuando ibas a coger una hamaca estaban todas cogidas y sin gente ,en la plancha de la cocina no cabia mas mierda entre otras cosas. Era mi 2 vez en ese hotel, pero esta vez ya me quitó las ganas, y pongo un 5 por no poner un 0

Das piscinas, do quarto, do local, dos funcionários e da simpatia sempre prestável.

A organização da limpeza dos quartos. No restaurante e nos pequenos almoços devia ter mais diversidade de produtos.

Hinta-laatusuhde ok.

Hinta-laatusuhde oli ihan ok. Hotellihuoneet ovat kivan näköiset, jos ei tutki tarkemmin. Lentokentän läheisyys oli meille plussaa. 1-vuotias tyttäremme tutki lentokoneita päivittäin :)

Kylmä uima-allas oli iso pettymys. Ruoka ei ole kovin maukasta, alkoholia emme lähes ollenkaan juoneet, joten sitä en osaa arvioida. Korjaustöitä hotellialueen lähettyvillä sekä näkymä huoneesta remonttikohteeseen ei ollut kovin miellyttävää. Järkyttävä määrä muurahaisia huoneistossa (tämä toki normaalia Espanjassa, mutta silti olisin toivonut parempaa siivousta). Hotelli antaa itsestään paremman kuvan varausta tehdessä, kuin mitä se todellisuudessa on. Osasin kuitenkin odottaa tätä. Mm. Remontti, joka on tehty huoneissa, on hyvin yksinkertainen, ei kovin laadukas.

Cumplió mis expectativas: amplio, luminoso y funcional.

Me encantó el diseño renovado de la habitación, a la par que amplia y luminosa. Valoro muy positivamente el hervidor de agua, el buen café soluble y las infusiones en la habitación. El comedor del establecimiento me resultó también amplio y luminoso. Su pequeña terraza exterior es ideal para disfrutar del amanecer.

La puerta principal y trasera de la habitación tenían problemas en la cerradura. La mampara del baño era un poco corta y salpicaba bastante agua fuera. También eché en falta algún lugar donde poner el gel y el champú mientras te duchas.

The staff are always pleasant efficient and hard working. Excellent Value for money.

The food could have been a little hotter and a couple more choices of snacks at the pool bar.

Caleta doradais family orientated hotel everythink you need for the kids is available pool area brilliant for kids only problem is the pool water is cold that was are only downfall kids entertainment during the day an also night time plus adults entertainment was spot on as well

decent part from not being able to use the facilities when we got there a bit sooner.

we had an early flight so was there for dinner so we thought after a long day we would be able to get signed in and at least go and get a drink and a sandwich from the AI we booked!! No had to wait another 2hrs to use any facilities!! other places we’ve been you can use facilities straight away while you wait till check in room later!!

worth the money, would return

the food was amazing. the lunch and dinner has variety of salads, a soup (amazing fish soup), meat, stews, rices, starches, local canarias food like papas arrugadas with mojo, ropa vieja, desserts…. all was amazing (except churros and scrambled eggs sorry). The staff is super nice.

Everything about this hotel us fabulous, All staff are amazing and friendly. Micky makes the holiday complete! He always makes kids and adults included and is just a great laugh. But saying that, the other entertainers are also fabulous and friendly. The restaurant and bar staff go above and beyond and the cleaners always say hello and good morning. The reception team too always help and do their best to accommodate you.

Superb

Lovely pools, restaurant and very central and safe location. Staff were fantastic and couldn't have done anymore - they are a credit to the hotel.

We had a lovely stay and apartments were very clean and comfortable, although apartments could do with a little updating and maybe air conditioning.
