The owners were really gracious. An incredible English breakfast. Classic! And the Malvern Hills are beautiful to walk around w plus the hosts let us know the right routes to take to get there and into the beautiful little town. I highly recommend this 15 billion stars.

Hospitality is the word I can use to describe our stay. The owners made us feel very welcome, always asked if we needed anything. The house and the garden are absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t reflect the beauty and uniqueness of its place. Our room was quite spacious, bathroom was also nice size. Bed were comfortable, much of storage for your belongings. The building was very old so expect a low ceiling, small windows, uneven floors and old style door handles - but I found it all absolutely adorable. It’s a very dog friendly place, our 6-month puppy loved it. Breakfasts are amazing and kept us full for long hours. We got milk a few times a day, the bathroom was very comfortable, a huge bath tub was perfect for a long bath. You can have a barbecue in the huge shared garden. It’s located close to Malvern Hills so it’s a perfect location for hiking trips. It’s about 30 minutes on foot from Malvern Link train station so it’s a bit away and it would be nice to have car, but we didn’t complain as we love walking. The advantage was that it’s a very quiet place where you can hear the sounds of the nature. If we could rate this place 1-10, we would give it 20 for sure!!

We had a lovely few days here very peaceful, just what we needed. We had excellent service, we were given tea and cake when we arrived which we appreciated after a long journey. The place was exceptionally clean and we couldn’t fault anything, we would highly recommend.

A beautiful farmhouse with an extensive garden just outside malvern. Great qalks from the property and just 3km to st Anne's well round the hillside. Very nice breakfast and friendly hosts. Stayed 3 days and could have enjoyed more. Good place to relax, walk or sightseeing.

Fantastic B&B. Lovely husband and wife team. The farmhouse is a Grade II listed building with a real feel for tradition. Our room was clean and bright. The bed was nice and comfy! Ruth served us a delicious homecooked breakfast as well as tea/coffee and rhubarb cake on arrival. The garden is a real haven! Ideally located for Malvern and the hills above with an access route directly opposite the farmhouse. A short stay for us but glad we found Cowleigh Park Farm.

Beautiful building, welcoming hosts, quiet location but close enought to amenities to walk to pub for evening meal. Coffee and cake on arrival was unexpected and appreciated. Great cooked to order breakfast. Slept and ate well!

Excellent hosts, comfortable room and very good and plentiful food. Lovely grounds and just a short drive into town which was not an issue. Countryside nearby is very picturesque. Everything that we needed.

The building itself is unique. Very old complete with wonky floors and beautiful woodwork; exposed wood to the frame and beams. The room and bed were very comfortable and completed with quality extras; e.g. flavoured teas, good coffee and biscuits! The welcome was warm and the breakfast excellent.

The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were excellent. We are used to a powerful shower and the one in our room was adequate, but not exactly the deluge we enjoy the most. All in all it is an excellent place to stay and we would recommend it.

We were welcomed by Ruth who showed us to our room, she then made us coffee with home made scones which we had in the grounds of the beautiful period property, it was clean, welcoming and cosy the breakfast was incredibly tasty and we didn’t want for anything ... our room was comfortable and fresh milk was left for us for our in room beverages which was a big plus ...

10 minutes from the centre of Malvern but you wouldn't know. A really friendly welcome from both humans and Libby, the Collie, and a very lovely, comfortable place to be framed by the loveliest garden. What a treat!

A relaxed and welcoming B&B on the edge of Malvern, a few minutes' drive from the town centre. A beautiful old building with a roomy private car park. Ruth (and Libby the dog!) came out to meet me personally on arrival and I was offered tea and cake in the garden, most welcome after a several hour drive. The room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable with a lovely en-suite shower and toilet. A choice of breakfast was offered (also excellent). Absolutely recommended, I will book again if the conference I was attending is repeated next year.

From the time that we arrived until the time that we left, nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, we were shown our large room (the red room), which is filled with lovely period features, then were given afternoon tea in the comfortable lounge. For breakfast, we sat in a comfortable period dining room, which was very intimate, as there are only 3 rooms at the guest house, so you naturally converse with other guests, which makes a change from the impersonality of larger places. All in all, it is a lovely comfortable period property, with hosts that make your stay memorable, so when we are in the area next, we will definitely be booking in again.

This B&B was a wonderful find and is amongst the best that we have stayed in. We were only there for one night, but we could have certainly stayed longer. Featuring lovely gardens with numerous seating areas and a table tennis table, we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and it’s also very dog friendly for those who wish to bring their pets along. We were greeted with delicious homemade cakes and refreshing elderflower cordial which we enjoyed in the sunshine. The bedroom was clean and basic, yet comfortable, with all you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning consisted of fresh and tinned fruit, eggs cooked to order, smoked salmon, cereals and homemade bread/toast. Allergies were also well catered for with non-dairy and gluten free options available. Cowleigh Park Farm was easy to find, and is set back from the main Malvern town centre with easy access to other places in the area such as Eastnor Castle or the Morgan car factory. We certainly recommend staying there, and will book again if we return to this part of the UK. Thank you to Ruth and Luke for being such great hosts!
