Great little condo with a beautiful ocean view and easy beach access. Nice and queit. Very convenient to restaurants.

The condo was in a great location, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Enough room for 4 adults and a teenager. The washer in unit was so handy! The dryer wasn’t very efficient but i hung most of our clothing on the line on the balcony. We spent most of our time at the beach or sipping coffee on the balcony (gorgeous views!) kitchen had all pots, pans, plates, dishes and an air fryer, which was so nice! The staff members at surf condos were very pleasant. The pool was clean and very nice to enjoy after a day on the beach. I did have to do some tidying up as some spots were not very clean in the unit. Overall my family and i would stay in this unit again! You can’t beat the proximity to the beach and the stunning view from the balcony.

We were happy with the property. Only downsides were the king mattress topper was a little too thick and the tv’s sometimes wouldn’t work with the Wi-Fi.

The place was very small but laid out where it was very comfortable with everything you needed, had a great view and had a very affordable price.

Condo was very clean and adequately supplied with all necessities. Really liked the layout and decor.

Ants in the kitchen all over the counters. There was ant spray, so apparently its an ongoing problem. The bathroom sink leaked soaking our toiletries and bags that were placed under the sink. Wifi was hit or miss.

The room was not cleaned when we arrived after our check in time. There was trash everywhere, dirty dish utensils, and the beds were not made at all. I wasn’t sure what was clean and what wasn’t. The room was not cleaned until the next day and the staff STILL did not clean our bathroom. Our neighbors were loud doing construction and would wake us up at 6AM every morning we were there. 👎🏻However, the property and pool were beautiful and well kept. Checking in was very easy, just wish the room would have been clean and the neighbors more considerate.

The photographs of a washer and dryer lead me to believe it worked. It wasnt installed or connected and didn't work. The TV in the living room was plugged into an outlet that didn't work. I had to get an extension cord and plug into another outlet, but no TV for 3 days. The lamp outlets in the living room didn't work. I had to use very glaring ceiling lights that were unpleasant and not relaxing. Only two coffee mugs and one was chipped. A cheap nonstick frying pan is warped and wouldn't sit flat on the stove heating element. Calls to customer service were pleasant, but callbacks didn't happen for many hours despite being told someone would call me back "right away" They sent someone to verify the outlets didn't work, but not an electrician. Kind of dismissive that I can't identify a non-working outlet. I
