Location in the heart of Cottonwood on the historical 89 highway, just 10 minutes away from Ghost Town Jerome, 20 minutes to Red Rock Sedona, and surrounding by many other attractions. Shopping , dining, hiking, kayaking, music and dance, hot yoga,…everything you can name.
The space
The dream house with 3 spacious bedrooms (2 masters), 3 full baths with modern design and high ceiling throughout plus remarkable view at all windows of rooms , would be a perfect place and comfortable for a big group of 10 guests.

Spacious Great room is a place where you can relax while watching TV, listen to music or playing of selection board games .

1st master room with comfortable king bed set, TV and private bath
2nd master with 2 queens, smart TV and private bath .
and 3rd room with nice queen set & separate bath just a door next to.

All rooms are spacious , modern décor and fresh linen.

Brighten kitchen with big island and fully appliances included coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, air-fryer ,pan, pot, cooking wares. dining sets and wine glasses . We offer sugar, salt, spices, tea and coffee, so you can feel fresh every day.

Your group 1will enjoy the meals with remarkable canyon view through those windows of dining area.

Enjoy coffee in the morning or BBQ dinner outside at the patio with nice views surrounding .

There is a very nice trail ( coyote golf Trail ) just few step across from the home where you can make daily walking in the morning or later of day to

The home has been set up with new technology to make more convenience and comfortable for guests , Some lights, TVs, AC / Heater thermostat can be controlled by voice recognition through GG Hub System.

We also have workstation desk for you, with advantage of high speed internet for all of your streaming needs or work from home you can still chill out with reunion without missing works.

Entertaining with TV, music, Family games, electric piano/keyboard and ping-pong table will make your stay more fun and memorable.

Lots of activities in the area such as , hot air balloon rides, jeep tours, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, horseback riding ,fishing in Oak Creek Canyon, numerous wineries in the area, arts throughout Jerome, Cottonwood, and Sedona, antique shops in Cottonwood, State Parks nearby in Cottonwood and Sedona, Cottonwood Recreation Center has an indoor aquatic center for children and adults, tennis courts, outdoor pool, basketball courts, soccer fields, etc.
Guest access
Fast and easy self check-ins. Following a simple electronic signature, you will receive check-in information 1 week prior to your stay, and will gain access to this space by utilizing the key pad on the front door.
2 space garage, entire house, backyard patio are accessible for guests

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
Pets allowed with prior permission and extra clean with be applied
Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am

Note: Please check Yavapai County for if there is a current fire ban or not.

*There are 2 outdoor cameras in the front and the back for security purposes.

*Events, parties, and any type of gatherings are prohibited.

We have a BBQ for guests’ usage, but guests must clean after used. Refill propane as needed. ( Propane is not provided).

There will be $50 charged for unregistered guests (per night)

Early check-ins or late check-out (if available) will be $25 per each hour.
