This is a wonderful place to stay in Brooksville. Very close to everything downtown and the sweetest couple owns it. The house and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Dolen House was absolutely amazing! I truly feel like we made some new friends. Our new home away from when we are on the Florida West coast for sure!

Old time style, like a house I lived in as a child in the farmland of New Jersey in the 1950's. The highway is loud at the evening and in the mourning during rush hour. Way too many pickup trucks with loud exhausts. Seems as if it is a drag race competition. For people who do not like big time city life it is a nice place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Very cozy and Roger and Debra make you feel so welcome. Nice and quiet and would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend the Dolan House. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming. We felt right at home the second we walked through the door. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. I plan to visit again soon.

Property is a well maintained & renovated house from the late1800s, staff was friendly. Its close to downtown . Very safe surroundings inspite being next to a haunted house.

Immaculately clean historic house, walking distance to downtown, and a delicious, completely homemade breakfast. They let us copy the recipe for the English Muffin bread they had. A phenomenal experience and we’ll be back.

Dolan House is a great place, in a nice location right by the museum in downtown. Walked to Friday night live music from 7-10pm at the Courthouse. Several good restaurants in Brooksville. The owners of the Dolan House were very friendly and laid back. Breakfast was awesome and coffee bar is set up at 7am each day. Would stay at the Dolan House again.

Absolutely wonderful. Needed a calm and quiet place to stay after a stressful work week. The Dolan House fit the bill. Owners made a great breakfast next morning.

We were so pleased to find this delightful B&B for our overnight stay on our way to Cape Coral. Debra & Roger were terrific hostesses, catering to our every needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this oasis for anyone traveling through Brooksville. You won’t be disappointed!!!

This is a charming B & B and the owners, Debra and Roger, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were cooked beautifully each morning and the setting was cheery and lovely. We definitely plan to go back again to enjoy this property and the relaxing environment. Thanks for a great 3 days at Dolan House!

The couple that owns this are so very sweet and accommodating. Our room and bathrooms were spotless! Breatfast was homemade and delicious. We will definitely try and come back for the blueberry festival next year! Highly recommended!

My mother and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at the Dolan house. We came up there for a wedding and a small getting getaway from our crazy life. Roger and Debra were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfsst was fantastic every morning. Fresh coffee and breakfast made specially for you. Roger even surprised us with fresh Banana bread. The rooms were spacious and had such a warm and relaxing feeling. We are definitely coming back here again and hopefully during christmas time.

This is an Amazing place to stay it is very cozy and has everything you could need. The owners were very nice and welcoming they make you feel like you are coming home to stay with family. The breakfast was amazing I would stay again just for the breakfast alone. They do have a little dog that runs around. This wasn’t a big deal for me but it may be for some people. The house was super clean and you wouldn’t know they had a dog if you didn’t see it. Also the rooms are on the second floor so it may be an issue if you can’t climb stairs. The room itself was large and comfortable. Overall I would absolutely stay here again I have zero complaints about this place and would recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

The Dolan's were a very friendly and helpful couple. The place was immaculate. Breakfast was very good - better than I ever expected. I would return there when visiting that area again.
