About this house rental

The property has two bedrooms, a double and a single, both with fitted wardrobes and a Smart TV and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
It has a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cutlery and crockery together with a variety of utensils, pots and pans and ovenware. The dining area has a large round glass table that comfortably seats four with potential for five. There is an electric oven and hob for those guests who want to do their own cooking or heat up meals. A good sized fridge freezer, a large dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything you need to enjoy that home from home experience.
The property has a functional bathroom with a large walk in shower with a sliding door together with a toilet and sink, obviously.
The bright and airy lounge has a fabulous high ceiling and is spacious enough to include a seating area for watching television and a separate area for the sofa bed. It has a 4k Smart TV with Superfast business broadband to allow streaming and gaming all at once.
There is a private rear garden with a patio area, ideal for enjoying the outside space when the weather permits.
The front area is quite open with a mix of tarmac and grass but has ample space for three vehicles if required. The place is capable of sleeping five, but for business or work visitors that number is three due to match the number of beds.

The place was about 15 mins walk away from very beautiful countryside with plenty of footpaths. The suburb is quiet with not much going on, but there is a convenient Tesco nearby. It was perfect for my writing retreat weekend!

House in good location but you do need a car to get to town. On arrival at the property you are met with the bins. House comfortable, warm and spacious. Just the smell 😱 From opening the porch door you are met with a smell of damp. Then entering the house, the smell is very bad and is trying to be masked with the use if LOTS of air fresheners, so Im not sure which smell was worse. I recleaned the house as there were cobwebs and sticky streaks on counter tops and table. Thankfully the towels and bed clothes were clean. Just the smell was so so bad

We travelled from the northeast to visit family in Grantham. We arrived at the property and it was easy to follow the instruction to get the keys from secure box. The property was very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The welcome folder had all instructions needed for the utilities and also had menus for local takeaways. The bungalow was very cosy and homely with a very spacious garden. Off road parking was great. The only downside was limited control over heating as was quite cold through the night, but extra blankets were provided. Easy access to A1. Ideal base for attractions around the area.

This bungalow was a great base for us for a short break to catch up with family in the area. Very comfortable and airy and convenient for visiting the Grantham area. The property is a very well equipped home from home.
