We liked staying here. We rested well, the neighborhood is quiet and the location is an ideal distance from the highway, university, and great for visiting the Lowell Observatory (4 minutes away!). The kitchen, bath and living room were nice and all appliances work. The washer and dryer both worked ok, but need some maintenance. For two people, the farmhouse was the appropriate amount of space. The downsides were the Wi-Fi service kept kicking off our devices, there is only one TV (a TV and desk in each bedroom is recommended), the bedroom decorum was not consistent with each room, and the house needs a deep cleaning. Other than these drawbacks, our stay was pleasant, warm and peaceful.
