It’s the best of both worlds at this lagoon-front coastal home where friends and family can gather away from the hubbub of beach crowds yet still be close enough to the ocean to enjoy everything this beach vacation offers. Guests will find deeded beach access to the Gulf of Mexico right across the street, and just outside the home’s front door, you’ll be just steps from the shared pool, fishing pier, a gazebo with a picnic area, and Little Lagoon.

The living and dining areas feature an open floor plan, so you'll have plenty of space to spend time with loved ones. The full-size kitchen is equipped with everything needed for whipping up culinary delights, and there’s comfortable seating throughout the living room for all to relax and share stories of the day’s activities, which no doubt will include swimming, fishing, sunbathing, boating, and more.

As the sun begins to set, the spacious deck facing the lagoon will be everyone's favorite spot to hang out before calling it a night. The heart of Gulf Shores is a few miles from the home and offers a plethora of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Those wanting to get a head start on their rest will get to choose between two primary suites, one on the main level off the living area, as well as two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the upper level with one featuring direct access to the upstairs private deck.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay in the Gulf Shores was wonderful and we enjoyed both the pool and ocean. Home is in a wonderful location. Loved having the outdoor shower to wash off the sand and grandsons enjoyed the fishing pier. The home lacked in cleanliness as there were moldy bathroom vents and dirty black grime on many doors. We did attempt to cook but again the home lacked some necessities. (4 cereal bowls for 11 people, a griddle that did not work, hot pads) Not having any condiments was a first for us in our many years of travel. Trash - there was not a consistent outside trash container and Vacasa said this unit did not have one.

Just a short walk to ocean, river out back, pools closed. This house worked for our family had a few minor issues buy vacasa is working with us.

This house is in a very small HMO at the end of thenroad right beside the pool and dock on the lagoon. Across the road is beach access. House is clean and has plenty of room. We did not experience any difficulty or problems.

We loved the layout of the house. We had plenty of beds for our children and grandchildren. So many homes have bunk beds and our grandchildren are not ready/old enough for bunk beds. The trundle beds were great.
