Gorgeously situated on the shores of Puget Sound, this waterfront home in Bremerton is a place for soaking up the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a private beach on Dyes Inlet, three kayaks to take out in the mornings, and beautiful deck furniture to lounge upon each evening under the stars.

This two-story home sits sound-front on the banks of Dyes Inlet, close to the tip of Rocky Point. Bustling downtown Bremerton and the ferry terminal connecting you to Seattle are only four miles away.

The outdoor spaces are exceptional, with a pond greeting you as you step up to the front door. Out back, an open lawn lined with flowers leads you down to the pebbly beach and kayak launch. Wrapping the rear of the house is a deck shaded by mature trees, where you can barbecue on the gas grill, dine alfresco as the sun sets over the Olympic Mountains, and share stories in the warmth of the gas fire table.

Find multiple spaces to relax inside, including a waterfront living room with ample seating, a smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the deck. Prepare your favorite dinners using the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and spend the evening hours streaming movies and playing board games in the den or living room. Three bedrooms have smart TVs; one is a sound-side primary suite with a gas fireplace and direct deck access.

The house setting was exquisite, water view and access, looking west toward sunsets and mountains. Nice to have kayaks and life jackets, perfect weather for us. At times very hot and could have used more fans , an air conditioning unit in upper bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and fine. Master bedroom with view was so wonderful and elaborate bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower with three faucets : great. We had family of twelve and all enjoyed our stay. The water feature pond at the entrance was a fine place to sit by and relax. The full front deck was great for family gathering. Lower lawn lovely. Stairs to the beach were difficult for elderly, but kids did fine. All and all a great place for our family. Easy access to town 15 min away, snd ferry dock.

Bad CO2 smell, other reviews state same thing, house is extremely dirty, house smells like a dog, large dog bed in kitchen, even though listing states no pets, bad garbage smell in house, garage is filled with old garbage bags with rotted trash, windows have no screen, dead bugs everywhere, found moths in beds, towels smell of mildew, had to get our own towels, missing light fixtures with exposed light bulbs, bare wires exposed in living room from ceiling, barbecue is unsanitary, 4 empty propane tanks, construction going on next door air compressor, nail gun, saws, start early in the morning, neighbors don’t like having VRBO next door makes it very uncomfortable, spent the first 2 hrs cleaning the house before we could unpack, had to buy candles due to the awful smell, this house is for sale and clearly the owners don’t do any upkeep. This house should not even been available to rent. However it’s back on the site for rental already With no concern for CO2 smell. We ended up checking out a day early due to family members complaining of headaches from CO2 smell.Beware of this rental!!!

The location of house is easy to access and once entered the house, fresh air, peaceful and clean atmosphere gives relaxation feelings. Beach is very nice and easily accessible. All of my family and friends enjoyed kayaking. Best part is the sunset view. Definitely, will again visit this house.

The best thing about this property is definitely outside the property. The view is so beautiful and it was so peaceful to sit and work outside. The back deck is very large and there are plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water & mountains. Access to the beach was very easy. We enjoyed kayaking and looking for shells. It was truly very peaceful. Inside the home is fine. 2 bathrooms are very small, but clean. The beds were comfortable. Some things were a bit dated, but it was clean and a comfortable stay.

Overall we really enjoyed this home and the layout. It is in a beautiful location and we felt very safe. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is very spacious, we had seven adults and 4 babies and we didn’t feel crowded. My only complains about this house is the cleanliness. The first night we were there everyone’s feet were black from the floors, the beds felts like they had sand in them, there were dead gnats everywhere and very dusty in places. I would recommend blackout curtains in the bedrooms because they got extremely hot with the afternoon sun. Overall, it was a great home!!

I've visited this beachfront house on Puget Sound twice now, and each time has been incredible. The view of the Olympic Mountains is absolutely majestic, providing a stunning backdrop to the entire experience. The house itself was beautifully maintained, and the large windows offer perfect views of the scenery. With direct beach access, it was easy to enjoy kayaking, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. I highly recommend this beachfront house for a perfect getaway with unbeatable views. I look forward to visiting again!
