Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1226 sq. ft modern apartment. Settled in a quiet, restful space yet close to everything. Beautiful views and only a walk away from the Jordan Parkway Trail which weaves in and out of urban areas, parks and marshy areas as it follows the Jordan River for nearly 50 miles, where you can enjoy walking, running, and biking. 20 minutes from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City. Reserved parking space right by apartment entrance.

overall this stay was very disappointing. i messaged the host about a concern right after booking and didn’t get a response until the day before the stay when i followed up. we were worried about the amount of animal hair / dander and so we did an all-over floor clean upon arrival. the amount of dirty swiffer pads and dirt / dust / hair in the vacuum was shocking. would not recommend staying here if you have any level of pet allergies. additionally, the reason i booked the apartment was to use the pool (as it was a 90s-100s degree week). the pool was closed the whole time and the hot tub literally looked like a cess pool. when i reached out to the host on day one about the pool, they were unapologetic and said the pool would be open the following day. it was not.

Rannett responded within minutes. We were very appreciative since it was the first time we stayed in this apartment complex. The location is lovely, with green land across the parking lot. The location is very central. Have a lovely time.

Overall the property was a very good location for us and put us right where we wanted to be for easy access to our favorite places. The shops at south town mall, PGA golf store, Scheels, Duluth Trading Post, several starbucks, and several restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend Legends Pub & Grill. Food was delicious, good drinks and everything at very affordable prices. The Cliff Dining Pub was also good. Very busy and loud, so if you don't like that, it won't be for you. The purple rain crafted cocktail was delicious! Back to the vrbo. Just a couple of small things that would have made it better. We emailed the owner in two different occasions with regards to the tv in the living room unable to connect. The bedroom we got going fine. Finally the next morning the tv in the living room was connected. We just had to figure some things out on our own, which is usual with most vrbo's. We tried to use our access key fob which is actually a card, to access the workout room and pool, but it would not work. Come to find out we were an hour too early, so no access until 10 am. The last thing is the master batbroom has one light bulb out on the vanity light and the ceiling light was out. So pretty dim lighting in the bathroom made it a little difficult to apply makeup! Overall we were pleased with the property. Very clean unit. Very comfortable sleeping. Keurig coffee maker and k-pods. Buildings that are very well kept up. Beautiful landscaping. We will be back!

I stayed here for a ski trip. Close to most of the major resorts and the airport. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host had a notebook that answered most of our questions about the area, especially restaurant suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this location! It was close to anything we needed and the amenities were super! I was definitely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I messaged the host several times about various things and they responded within minutes, which is great as well. The apartment is located in a very nice complex that is well taken care of. I hope to make this the place we stay each summer when we come out to Utah to visit family. It was a perk to have a balcony to enjoy my coffee in the mornings with a great view. Highly recommend this place and the hosts!

The location of this was just what we needed for this stay. It was well equipped and having the laundry was great. The carpets are quite stained and their was quite a bit of pet hair on the furniture and floors. Overall this was a good stay for us.

The place was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed staying there with a great location and well maintained complex. The only negative I would say was the TV setup - having to reload the programming everytime was a pain. Also, I would add a local TV antennae - (30$) to hook up to be able to see local channels.

The apartment was comfortable. Stayed for a work trip where I was out for 10+ hours. It was nice to come back and be able to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a pizza pan). The washer a dryer worked without issue. The water is also hot which is a bonus! Be careful with the sink though. You can burn your hand if you only use the hot water. The only downfall is the upstairs tenants. They don't jump, but they walk non-stop and you can hear them. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here again if it is available.

Great location for skiing. The property was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. A few issues were addressed immediately. Our biggest disappointment was that the hot tub did not work.

We needed a place to stay because our son couldn’t take time off in the month of December. So we decided to find a place close to him and wanted a full kitchen and room for us all. It was very nice and the property was great space for us to be there with all of us and extra family to spend some time with over the holidays. It is close to everything and in a convenient to many things.
