Tynar Vacations proudly presents Happy Island Bliss, a high-end luxury single-story (no stairway) five-bedroom, three-bath home in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Home is a few minutes walk to the soft white sandy beach - considered one of the best in Florida for families.

Enjoy the heated saltwater pool and spa/hot tub. Extremely appealing to people with sensitive skin. The daily rent includes heat for the spa/hot tub (which heats up to 102 degrees). Additional fee to heat pool (Up to 82 degrees).

The main house has four bedrooms and two baths. The Master has a king bed with a huge luxury bath (a jacuzzi jetted bathtub and a separate walk-in shower). Bedrooms two and three have a queen bed each, and bedroom 4 has two queen beds, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area, and a living area with a huge smart tv complete the main house.

The guest house/in-law apartment with an outside private entrance (around the corner on the south side of the building) has one bedroom (5th bedroom) with two queen beds, a full bath, a full kitchen, and a living room with a smart TV. The living room has one sofa bed.

Keeping everyone fed is a pleasure in the open-design main house kitchen with expansive granite countertops and top-quality stainless-steel appliances. Plus, the extra-long breakfast bar makes it easy to serve a quick breakfast and coffee (Keurig) before you head to the beach in the mornings. A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, and other necessities. Pick up some groceries on the way, and you're ready to start your vacation fun.

Several couples or large families can quickly settle in and enjoy fun times together while still finding some alone space. With a washer and dryer ready in your beach home, you can keep on top of the laundry as you go.

Explore the pristine white sand of Daytona Beach, the world's most famous beach and considered one of the best for families in Florida. Be sure to indulge in delectable fresh seafood at the excellent local restaurants. Maybe you even want to take surf lessons while you're here!

It's a fantastic beach vacation neighborhood. Across the street from one of the best family-friendly beaches in Florida. Close to restaurants, shopping, Daytona Speedway, airports, etc. Public transportation is limited; you will need your mode of transportation.

To finalize the booking, you must verify your identity.

Check-out time: 10 am

No parties or events.
Quiet time: 10 pm to 8 am.
Pool/SPA hours: 8 am to 10 pm.

Due to county and fire department regulations, please do NOT exceed the number of guests (including children) specified on the reservation. Please do not bring pets. $500 fee for any violation.

Heat for Hot tub/Spa included (up to 102 degrees). Extra fee to heat the pool to 82 degrees. Please wash off all the sand outside before entering the house or the pool.

There are open bodies of water, i.e., pool and hot tub. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.

Please do not misuse or stain linens (towels, bedsheets, quilts, etc.).

There is space to park only five vehicles on the property. No other parking is available.

As is typical with hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals, ALL exterior sides of this property have security cameras monitoring and recording for security, safety, and compliance.

As is typical of all vacation rentals, we provide only a starter (limited) supply of consumables. Examples of consumables include Keurig K-cups, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Installed Bidets for extra hygiene. Publix (grocery store) is only a few minutes drive up the street.

To prevent AC coil freezing, 71F is the lowest setting possible.

All trash must be bagged and placed on the grass (north side) by the street. Please do not leave trash in the house or on the property grounds.

Our family has stayed in numerous beach condos and houses over the years but this one took the cake for us. Truly such a beautiful home with so many updated appliances and features and a cozy, modern feel. We had an amazing time in the pool and hot tub and loved how close and accessible the beach was. Management was responsive and kind throughout the stay. Book this house, you won’t regret it!

Stayed with 3 families ages 18 months to 44. Pool and hot tub was excellent, house was clean and location was great. Back yard is fenced in and was quiet. Beach was close and not crowded. Plenty of room and never felt crowded.

This was Our First extended Family Vacation. We had 3 families staying with three kids that were under the age of 2, this place was super accommodating to our specific needs. The house was clean and well stocked and in a very family friendly area. The Grandparent stayed in the mother in law suite and loved it.. This is a beautiful property! Spacious, well appointed, luxurious, and worry free. It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property management person was helpful and responsive. You cannot go wrong here!

My family enjoyed our stay. The house is a quick walk to the beach. The house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed cook for a family. The attached apartment was a great bonus with this rental.
