Towels had a strange smell, does not smell fresh. The service desk was closed after midnight and they locked up the lobby. I was lucky that someone passed by so I was able to check in.

If you book the single room, it is quite literally a bed and a shower and when the shower drain plugged and couldn't take a shower you only get 1/2 the value. Add to that the staff not willing to do anything about it.

This hotel is decent for a night stay before my early departure. The shower area could use a deep scrub cleaning where the dirt and soap buildup along the tile baseboards. The laminate floors in the living area also needs a good buff. It looks quite dirty.

The place is a hole. The shower was so filthy. I had to put a towel on the floor of the shower to have a shower. I got bites on my arms. It was just disgusting. There were damaged walls in the rooms with watermarks and just outside the elevator on the main level there was water dripping down on my husband‘s head.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We picked a room for four people (three adults and a baby) and loved how big the room was. It was clean and comfortable, and the fridge was stocked with more drinks than were used to getting free. The staff members were nice, and checking in and out was easy. Also the hotel is connected directly to the airport terminals, so it can’t be beat for convenience. We’d recommend!

The hotel is good for what it is - a place to sleep at the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some work as the shower overflowed all over the bathroom floor due to a very slow drain.

The good: It's super convenient for our upcoming flight to already be in the airport. The not so good: The woman wasn't particularly friendly and she wouldn't let us leave our bags until a room was ready, the bathroom floors and walls could use a good cleaning, the open shower sprays a lot of water on the floor, the thermostat was locked so we were cold, and the TV only had a few working channels. Overall, we would stay again, for the convenience factor.

We are not the budget hotel type of travelers. Holiday Inn Express is an example of the type of hotel we like. We had a 12 hour, overnight layover at FCO. We are too old to try sleeping in the airport. This hotel is located in the airport. Price seemed fair for a bed to sleep in for a few hours. This was not going to be our home base for a Roman holiday. So, why not? We found a room that was adequately clean. Bed was comfortable. Clean sheets. Small refrigerator in the room. TV, although we did not use. Bare bones basic. Were the walls scuffed up? Yes. Did the bathroom chrome glisten in the light? No. Was there soap scum in the shower? Yes. Was the room quiet? Yes. Did we sleep well? Yes. Would we stay here again? Yes, if we were in the same situation. We did not eat the European continental breakfast that is available for 8 Euros per person.

Convenient! The hotel is near terminal 3 so folks having an early flight, make this site a blessing. There is a modest $10.00 breakfast so take advantage of the cafe lattes and croissants. The rooms are clean, small, and comfortable--perfect for preparing for your flight.

We were hesitant to splurge on this hotel but are so happy we did! Do it- seriously. Staff was amazing and it was incredibly clean. Only downside is the airport isn't really walkable to town but thats no reflection on the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located inside the airport, which makes it easier for those like myself that needed to jump in an early flight, for this reason I thought it was worth it to pay a higher price; however, I was really disappointed with the amount of mold in the bathroom and dirty in the walls all over the room; when talked with the concierge and asked if relocating to another room was possible I was told yes, but all the rooms have the same issues. Maybe for the price guests pay to stay in this place they should pay more attention to the cleanness and property conditions.

The hotel is basically a bed in a room -- there isn't much else. The only thing it has going for it is that it is at the entrance to Terminal 3 -- a big plus. Check-in was a bit of a hassle. I have a feeling the person who checked us in was new. It took a while for him to find our reservation and he seemed confused about the process. The room was rather noisy. Our room overlooked large air conditioners and backed up to a large parking ramp. It finally quieted down at about 11 PM. While the hotel was close to the terminal, it was rather disappointing and somewhat rundown. The sink drain in the bathroom seemed somewhat plugged. The room did have a small mini-fridge with 3 bottles of water. I'm not sure I would stay here again.

It is very convenient to stay at the airport when traveling for two days. I knew it would cost more for the convenience. However, $300 for this subpar, dirty, poorly maintained room with dirty walls and moldy shower, was quite disappointing. I never write any negative reviews but would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Rome.

The room was very very basic (almost like a hostel), and cost a small fortune for one night. The bathroom was disgusting-smelled like mold with fixtures tarnished. The A/C doesn’t really work. The bed was uncomfortable. The side table next to the bed was sticky 😳. Don’t do it unless you have to!!

I wanted to first start off by saying that my experience with staff was excellent. They were professional and polite upon my arrival. The room, however, left a lot to be desired. First, the thermostat was set at 20 degrees and I was not able to change the temperature. I am not a person who suffers the heat, but how warm it was made it difficult to sleep. Second, the shower in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. A bit of soap scum is to be expected as there is a high turnover rate in this hotel, but brown mold? Not what you want to step into after a long day of travel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel as you are paying a premium rate for substandard rooms based on location. In future, I will book with the Hilton or an external hotel.

This was perfect for a short stay. We had a flight into ROM get in after midnight, and then flew out around 11:00 the next morning. This hotel was comfortable, quiet, clean, and exactly what we needed for a single night between flights. We didn’t even need to walk outside of the airport! It was very convenient.

Stayed here for 1 night prior to a morning flight. Room was comfortable and clean with good amenities. On-site restaurant was not available. A/C was not adjustable in the room—had to call front desk to have it changed. No ice was available anywhere at the hotel, including in the kitchen and lounge, and refrigerator in room had no freezer so it was impossible to safely store my insulin or to refereeze my insulin keeper’s ice. Nice staff, but very busy.
