The Hidden Gem is a 1-story home, located in the private, gated Treetop at Seacrest Beach community (guests enter at Hwy 98). You'll enjoy deeded beach access (with seasonal tram service) and a luxurious community pool. This secluded Seacrest neighborhood is nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach, putting you within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at these unique 30A communities. The home has 5-bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and is 2.043 sq ft - more than enough room for the 18 guests it can accommodate. The whole main open concept area includes the living room/kitchen/dining room. There's no shortage of comfy spots in the living area in front of the giant 70” TV. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high end professional quality appliances - it is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Right off the living room is the large screened-in porch, the perfect place for entertaining. There's plenty of seating around the 60” TV, plus additional bar-top seating in front of the gas grill. When you're heading back from a day at the beach take advantage of the outdoor shower (with hot water!) to rinse of all that sand. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: King bed, 40" TV. Private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: King bed, 40" TV. Private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 3: King bed, 40" TV. Private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4: King bed + twin-over-twin bunk bed, 40" TV. Bedroom 5: 4 sets of twin-over-twin bunks, 70" TV. Bedrooms 4 & 5 share bathroom with dual sinks, tub/shower combo. Beach Access: Enjoy FREE tram service (via the Seacrest Beach Tram) from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Head to the designated tram pickup spot,. call for pickup and the tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM. Distance: .5 miles | Time: 3 minutes biking Treetop Village: Treetop Village at Seacrest Beach is a gated community with a gated guest entrance just off Highway 98 near at the Lofts of Seacrest Beach. Amenities include deeded beach access, shuttle service and community pool. This quaint, secluded neighborhood nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach offers privacy and is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. * Sorry, no pets allowed. * Parking for 4 cars. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at the Hidden Gem. We had 13 people and there was plenty of room. We ended up going to to the public beach at inlet because the private beach was too small and crowded. The only maintenance issues we had were several recessed light bulbs were burned out and the propane tanks for the gas grill were empty and we had to refill one of them to use the grill. Overall, nice property in a great location, would rent again!

Hidden Gem is a Gem! There was 10 of us ranging from 4-67 and open concept living, dining, kitchen worked perfect. When there we spent most time on the screened porch! We liked Inlet beach better than Seacrest and it’s a short drive. Will go back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great! Perfectly located, spacious and beautiful! Benchmark management However, fell flat. From missing information to access the home to not having our wristbands for access to the pool and beach until the very end of our second day there, I don’t have good things to say about them. I will never book through benchmark again.

Property team was very good to work with, Responsive and helpful. A suggestion for the bikes that come with the property are not in the best shape due to always being in the elements. Might look to have some type covered area to help keep them in better shape.

Our family of 13 (ages ranging from 6- 72) had a fabulous time at the Hidden Gem. The house was perfect and meet all our needs and wants! the screened in patio was fantastic and the open floor concept was perfect for getting us all together and hanging out. It was a lovely 3-5 min walk to the beach, the bikes were great for exploring the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We will be back to visit for sure! FYI watch outs, NOT deal breakers: Bunkbed room doesn't have its own bathroom - guests staying in those rooms will need to share bathroom with others, renting more Bikes are recommended if group is larger than 4 guest. Bikes can not go into the beach drop off area but get you there faster and helps with carrying the beach load. Bring your beach towels - none are provided.

I rented this charming home to host a group of 8 for my 40th birthday. It was perfect for us, we only used the 4 king bedrooms and didn’t use the bunk room. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed with high end cookware and I wish I had made more use of it! Lovely beach decor without being too over the top. The only thing I would note is that it doesn’t have 4.5 baths. One of the king bedrooms (the one farthest away from the bunk room) has a bathroom with a toilet closet with a sink that has access to the common areas of the house, but the shower/sink accessed through the bedroom isn’t a full bath without the toilet. A technicality but I would definitely consider it to be a 4 full bathroom home.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, having the bikes and being able to bike over to Rosemary Beach to grab coffee was so much fun! We loved the screened porch - great place to enjoy hanging out! A minor critique: the couches had some stains on the covers and one of the bathroom shower drains was clogged, but overall, we were very satisfied. Management was very responsive and accommodating also!! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!

A nice, roomy house with a great kitchen. The screened-in porch is nice but overdue for a deep cleaning and mattresses may be due for replacement should be addressed. We dealt with a stopped up commode for the last 24 hours of our stay which made things a bit unpleasant due to the delay in getting maintenance crews on site.

We had four couples and eight kids. The four bedrooms with their own restrooms and the bunk room for all the kids was perfect. You could have privacy when you needed it. We had two service calls. The A/C went out on a Sunday. They were there within a couple hours and had it back on. The other was internet. They communicated PERFECTLY and got it fixed right away.

The property was great! It is in a gated secluded community inside sea crest! Easy access from HWY 98 as well! Beautiful home with a ton of space and an amazing back porch!

Great property with a perfect location. We had 5 teens with us and the bikes were such a great way for them to get around and enjoy the area. The tram to the beach was perfect everyday. It was nice being out of the “busy” area but have the option to walk for drinks, dinners, snacks. We will definitely visit this area again and home if available.

This is a beautiful home but it does lack a lot of basics. There was plenty of space for a large group. The screened in patio was fantastic. A few notes: the kitchen was a lot less equipped than many VRBOs I’ve stayed in. For instance there were no pot holders, only 2 small kitchen towels, no cleaning spray, coffee filters, cooking oil or salt/pepper. So just plan to bring everything you might need. There was no pizza oven as listed in the description. The community pool is nearby, quiet and nice. Do note that the private beach associated with the property does not allow ANY rolling carts, wagons, coolers, etc when walking to the entry. It is truly pedestrian only. Had we known we would have planned/packed differently for the beach. There is a large number of stairs down to the sand, it is predominately covered with rental chairs and very crowded. We ended up using the public beach (Inlet) with much more success. The parking is easy, you can roll items down the boardwalk to the sand and it was much less crowded. Overall a beautiful property but heads up on a few items listed above would have been lovely.

The house is beautiful. Decorations lovely. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils etc the beds were amazing. So comfy. we loved the screened in porch. The family spent a good part of the time out there. It was advertised to have a pizza oven but we never saw one. That was the only small negative there. It is a pretty good walk to the beach. There is a shuttle during the day to go to and from the beach. Just be prepared for the rules to the private beach.no bicycles or golf carts allowed once you reach a certain point. Not allowed to pull a wagon after that certain point. We had to carry the wagon so after the first day we didn’t use our wagon. When you do get to the beach you are allowed to set up your own beach equipment in a small area. The rest of the beach is designated for rental umbrellas/chairs only. We had to arrive at the beach at 530-600 am to get a decent spot. This was our family vacation so we adjusted and still had a great time. None of my complaints had anything to do with Hidden Gem. An amazing house!!
