Spread out over two floors, this spacious, family-friendly home boasts two separate, sunlit living areas, both with comfortable seating and TVs for casual channel surfing or movie nights with the help of the media library and DVD players. You'll also find a number of puzzles, board games, and books to keep everyone entertained no matter the season.
Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine at the table for six or the breakfast bar.

We liked this property pretty well, with only a few exceptions: many cooking pans were dirty-I know this is because of previous renters but kinda gross. The smoke alarm decided to ‘Test’ at 6am. Other things to note: 3 outside chairs were broken upon arrival, garbage outside full-I didn’t see to call about this until I was looking about checkout, we didn’t see anything about recycling, broken fan in the bedroom,. These comments did not effect our pleasure in staying in this property. A plus I’d like to mention is the quantity of dishes, cutlery and pots/pans, and towels! Thank you for that!

This house had amazing views and great amenities! The location was great and easy to walk to the town of Rockaway Beach! Kitchen had wide variety of seasonings and many pots, pans, and appliances. Our family of 8 was very comfortable staying there.

We loved the stunning ocean view from the big windows. The location right on the water was amazing. The layout of the house was great for us traveling with 2 families. We loved our time here!
However, it’s hard to tell from the photos that there are large rocks between the house yard and the beach. It was fine for my husband and I to climb down, but my in laws in the their 70s had to walk to the access road a few houses down the road to walk down the stairs to the beach.

Clean, comfortable, cozy beach front home with a spectacular view!! We stayed with family, so having two family rooms on two levels was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved how this house was not “fussy.” We also loved how it was homey feeling and not cold and sterile/overly modern. We were not worried about knocking over knicknicks or unnecessary decor. Couches and beds were comfy and warm, towels soft, and Kitchen was well stocked with fry pans, kettles and dishes. The view was fantastic and we loved watching the waves during the very rainy weekend. Many naps were had in the electric recliner. We are from the PNW so we didn’t mind the cold rainy weekend of relaxation, puzzles, games, and wet beach walks in our rain gear. Road in front of the house does have many potholes but we loved the opportunity to puddle jump.

The property and view are fantastic.
The only issues TV and remotes were hard to navigate. The sinks and tubs had slow drains. Overall the property and stay was wonderful and a great way to bring in the new year.

Two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. We liked that the kids could be on the lower level. They had fun playing ping pong. Great views. The house was nice and clean. We’d stay again!

The room and bed accommodations were excellent. Everything was as described. The views were amazing. You can not access the beach easily unless you walk down the street. Bring your fishing gear too! Easy stroll to the lake across the street! Will stay here again if available!!! Loved it so much!!!

My family stayed here for 5 days. It was great. We enjoyed the views, the beach, and the house.
My only complaint is actually with the property manager, but I won’t ding the property owner for it. Two of the cooking pans were not cleaned very well. This was the second Vacasa in a row where we had to clean the pans before using them. That is unacceptable to me.

The split level of the home allowed for our extended family to sleep on a separate floor giving us some privacy. Unfortunately the hide a bed downstairs was broken and Vacasa never sent anyone to fix it so we had to crowd kids into beds with adults

Our family had a spectacular time at the Breeze Inn. We were a three generational crowd and there was something for everyone. The beach was accessible, the house was clean and well adapted for our group, lots of beach toys, puzzles, and ping pong table. The fire pit was lovely and was so close to the beach we didn’t have to carry all the fire fixings down to the beach. Thanks so much for an awesome time.

Great location, fantastic views of the ocean and fairly easy beach access.
The house is well maintained and stocked with so many essentials.
Plastic cups and plates for the kids, beach toys, kites, backpacks, games, extra blankets and pillows.
A small picnic or outdoor table would be appreciated. The views are fantastic from the back patio/ fire pit and a table would have made having meals outside a bit easier.
The rooms are accommodating and large, we had our toddler on a blow up mattress beside the bed and still had plenty of room.
Would definitely recommend this house.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was super clean. We cooked all meals in the kitchen and had more than enough utensils and dishes, all appliances were there too. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets. It was great to have laundry available so I didn't have to take beach clothes home. The house was warm and cozy. They view was amazing and their was good beach access close. A BBQ would have been a nice amenity, but I couldn't think of anything else to add. Wonderful weekend!

The house is great, unbeatable view, well equipped (could use a BBQ, real glassware, and allow use of fireplace though), spacious, and very welcoming! Flashlights and extra batteries were very much appreciated (see below).
However, during our stay, we lost power due to a storm during the first evening, for about 1 hour. Then, on the second day, we lost power again around 1 pm, as did most in a wide area in Tillamook County. After calling Vacasa for 40 min, we were told to contact VRBO instead to get help with modifying/cancelling our reservation and talk about refund. Waiting time was >30 min to get somebody in the line at VRBO. As we had no way to recharge our phones, we kept the battery left for emergency.
After running out of hot water and as we and our 5-year-old were getting cold in the house after a night without heat and with no end to the power outage in sight, we decided to leave the rental for good in the morning of the third day, shortening our stay by two nights. All the food we brought and put in the fridge also started to get bad after about 20 hours in the fridge without power and most was wasted. Power seemed to have been restored late in the evening of the third night only... As we were not able to enjoy that rental almost at all, we contacted both Vacasa and VRBO to ask for partial refund or credit. Still no answer. If you find a way to rent this house not through these platforms, we'd advise to do so!

This house has one of the most stunning beach views I have ever seen. There was plenty of space that we did not utilize because it was only myself and my partner.
The pros: The view was breathtaking from both living areas and the master bedroom. I was skeptical when I saw the online photos because I thought they were edited. I was pleasantly suprized how wonderful it was. The firepit was great to have. Kitchen was very spacious and the couches were very comfortable. Plenty of utensils and cookware if you wanted to make a meal.
Plus, there were plenty of books, kids beach toys, board games, and such. I thought that was a nice personal touch.
Town and shopping was about a mile away so within walking distance.
The cons: There were ants throughout the kitchen and living room. It looks like they had ant traps set up, but it did not seem to phase them. Sometimes they would crawl on me when I was sitting on the couch, but I wasn't worried as they were very small and did not seem to bite. I figured it was just part of living on a beachfront property. But, if you are funny about bugs in general you might not be super thrilled.
Beds were fairly hard. Not the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in, but I also prefer a softer mattress in general so that might be due to preference.
This isn't the property owners fault, but the house next door was under construction so it was fairly loud in the morning. I can't be mad because we rented this place for very cheap considering what it normally costs.
I would have loved to have had a gas grill!
Despite all of its flaws, this house was amazing. I would highly recommend and I'd love to come back and visit someday. Thank you to the homeowner for sharing it with us.

The home was great. Very spacious and families can have their own time since there’s a first floor and second floor. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils. Vacasa was great in responding to a couple of concerns like the garbage was full and the upstairs bathroom fan was load. They came by to fix it.
The only thing I do wish it had was a BBQ grill so we didn’t use the stove and oven as much to cook.
Out of the places we’ve stayed. We’d come back here. Easy access to the beach. Not crowded. Great view. Home was nice and clean.
