This inviting, single-story vacation home on stilts boasts your own sparkling pool with a privacy fence and provides easy access to the sandy Gulf beaches. You will find this home in the popular East End neighborhood, close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier, and State Park! Whether spending your days splashing in the surf along our award-winning beaches or exploring the Island on paddleboard or bicycle, you will be glad that you are taking time out at this wonderful beach vacation home.

The exterior of this charming vacation home boasts a sparkling private swimming pool that is surrounded by a fence for privacy and security as well as a covered front porch with comfortable chairs and fabulous Gulf views. In addition, under-house concrete parking, a fish cleaning area (with running water), and an enclosed outdoor shower are provided for guest convenience. As you enter Time Out, you are greeted by an open living/dining/kitchen space. This inviting vacation home lets the outside in through its wall of windows and is tastefully decorated in shades of blue and yellow to reflect the sea and sand outdoors. There is ample seating, including a sleeper sofa (queen) and a game/extra-dining table. The comfortable living space also features a large TV (cable/DVD/VHS) and a stereo system. There is a charming dining area and additional seating at the breakfast bar that looks into the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, a pantry, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen area is the separate laundry area with high-efficiency washers/dryers.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was our 2nd trip to Time Out for our annual week trip to SGI. We enjoyed our stay last year so much we knew we would love to come back again. Despite having to evacuate for Hurricane Debbie, Vacasa was able to get us back into the house quickly and easily. The house is very close to the beach and we love having a pool. I highly recommend this house and we hope to visit again!

Great location as it is just steps from the beach without being truly beachfront. Amazing ocean views from the wrap around porch. Outdoor shower and pool were perfect! We had a wonderful time staying at Time Out with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Would definitely rent again.

This property has a great view of the gulf from the upstairs deck. The beach access is not as convenient as I had hoped, but it's a short walk. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The bathrooms and decor were dated, but there is plenty of space and seating. Could have used some more shade at the pool. Truthfully, I wish we could have stayed longer than a week. It was very comfortable and relaxing.

Even though it rained, we had a nice getaway at St. George. The house was very cute, lots of room and very comfortable. The view was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. The porch was covered which meant we could sit out and enjoy the view even though it was rainy. Beach access was good - just down the block. Only suggestion, instructions for all the TV remotes would be helpful.

Time Out is a wonderful home with plenty of options for a large or small family. With four large bedrooms and a pull-out couch, you can bring many guests and even put a kid or two on a sleeping bag on the floor. The pool is absolutely wonderful any time of the day or evening! There are plenty of chairs both inside and outside on the porch to enjoy the views of the gulf. We spent many hours on different areas of the porch. The beach is about two houses down, then over a path- not too far - but bring a wagon (with sand wheels) if you take a lot of items to the beach. This area is very quiet and relaxing; we had the beach to ourselves. The home is very comfortable with excellent television options.

Beautiful place to stay. Room enough for all of us. First time we chose a place with a pool. Someone came once to clean and add chlorine. The days following temps were above 95 so the chlorine was quickly used up. By Friday of our stay the pool was cloudy. Knowing the temps of the week someone should have come out again! With house accommodating a large family wish larger pots and pans were available. Beach access was a little further away then we knew or wanted. Otherwise a wonderful vacation at St. George as always!!! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
