Spacious and delightfully decorated, this Sunset Beach beachfront vacation home features awe-inspiring views of the Gulf, two beachfront decks, a six-person hot tub, a private boardwalk, plenty of space for your group to relax, and exclusive community amenities including a swimming pool and tennis court! Whether splashing in the surf just steps from your front door or exploring the Island on a bicycle or paddleboard, Beach Music's awesome East End location provides lots of options for enjoying the Island. Enjoy being close to the State Park, shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the St. George Lighthouse Museum. St. George Island Lighthouse is five miles away and Battery Park is 17 miles away.
The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, a six-person hot tub, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, two park-style grills with a large picnic table, and a private boardwalk to the sandy white beach! Enclosed foyer stairs and an elevator are available for guest use to provide access to the floors above. The beachfront screened porch is accessed from two bedrooms on the first floor and features an amazing six-person hot tub for relaxation and taking in views of the Gulf of Mexico.
There is a half-bath on the screened-in porch for convenient access when returning from the beach. The first-floor primary bath also includes a jacuzzi tub. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area with cheerful coastal decor and plenty of comfortable seating for your group can be found on the second floor. The living area features amazing Gulf views, a large TV, tile floors, direct beachfront deck access, and a media room with a queen sleeper.
The large kitchen and inviting dining area with two tables and breakfast bar stools provide plenty of space for coastal feasts to be prepared and enjoyed with family and friends, and a refrigerator for plenty of room to stock up on provisions for your crew! A second-floor bedroom has direct access to a balcony with beautiful bayside views. A separate media room features a TV, queen futon sleeper, large desk, library of books, DVDs and puzzles, additional sleeping space next to a large bayside window, and a second refrigerator. A half bath is conveniently located near the living/dining area. Beach gear credit is included with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, and more! I already reviewed on Vacasa so am confused about an additional request from VRBO. But in addition to spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for each, the elevator allowed my elderly mother who had broken her hip the previous year go from the beach to the top main floor where we all hung out. Bright and beautiful!

We have stayed on Besch z music for about 12 years. We are familiar with it & it has all the space we need for our group of 13. Has everything we need to enjoy our week of pristine crystal waters. Hope to enjoy it fur years to come.

Love the home, love the beach and love the SGI community. We hope the pricing doesn’t get so high we cannot keep coming back every year. Perfect place for grandparents, children, children-in-law and grandchildren to spend a week together.

We loved everything about this house! It started with the elevator that made unpacking the cars and unloading everything to the different floors so very quick and easy. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Two refrigerators was a pleasant surprise (since we buy bottled water when we go to Florida), pots, pans, dishes, glasses, everything you need in the kitchen. We had three families and two friends with us and everyone had space, a bed, decks to sit on and watch the dolphins in the ocean, and a place to gather and eat together. We all (ages 13-82) would recommend staying here is you have lots of people and want to stay on the water. Many thanks for a wonderful week!

We were there for the month of March, 2021 and absolutely loved our stay. The house is well appointed inside and out. The house is inside Sunset Beach and at the end of the street next to the Ocean Mile Condos and has plenty of parking. We thought being next to the condos was going to be a negative, but it wasn`t really. But don`t expect that the beach in front of this rental home won`t be occupied by the renters from Ocean Mile. We didn`t expect that, and felt that the renters `next door` took advantage of the space in front of this house. It really wouldn`t have been a huge deal, but they kept putting up a canopy tent and then would leave it unoccupied for most of the day. Just have realistic expectations - we didn`t.The only reason that I gave this house a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating was because upon arrival, the floors weren`t clean. The house smelled as if it had been empty for a while, and we found hair balls in the corners of the stairs and floors in the bedrooms. The house is a pet-friendly rental and is one of the reasons we chose it, but this part was disappointing. Since we were going to be there a month, I spent most of my time the first day cleaning.I will definitely look to rent this house again - hopefully with lots of friends and/or family. It`s a perfect size for larger groups and there`s lots of room for everyone! Definitely choose to get your beach equipment from Vacay - they delivered the day we arrived and their chairs and umbrellas were in great shape.

I've been coming to SGI since I was a kid and have stayed all over. This property was in a great location. The beach wasnt crowded and the property was in a gated small neighborhood with a community pool and a tennis court (a little weathered). Perfect for the 16 of us. The highlight may have been watching the remnants of the tropical storm roll in while sitting in the hot tub on the 2nd floor screened porch.
Highly recommend this property.
