The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice house in a quiet area, well-stocked kitchen, game room with a Gottlieb pinball machine, 2 TVs with dvd players, lots of movies to choose from. The only thing that caused us problems was the long driveway which was really steep at the beginning and it was covered in snow. Spent about 3 hours first night to shovel the snow so we can park the car out of street, and next morning spent couple of more hours shoveling the snow to bring the car closer to the house. There are 2 or 3 more cabins using the same driveway, but i guess they had no guests those days, so the snow was not cleared in a while.

The home is comfortable and lots of space for a group to spread out if needed. The kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed playing some of the games that were available.

We went on a family vacation with extended family and everyone stayed in the are. This was the right size for the amount of people we had and close to the rest of our group.The only thing negative is there were ants in one of the bathrooms that should be taken care of.

The property was in good shape overall (a few small things like curtain brackets, front stair rail, and pinball machine could use a little maintenance). Location was good. Neighborhood was quiet. Directions could be clearer for those arriving at night/in bad weather. It is up a shared driveway, left, and all the way to the end.
