We had a huge crew and we really appreciated the space that we all had for each of our families. The communication was amazing and it was nice to be able to watch the sunset on the rooftop deck. I recommend this property for big families. We had a wonderful time!

The house was great it was just the cleaning the house was dirty when I arrived and they probably didn’t change the bed sheets cuz they look dirty and the AC Wasn’t working when we got there but the came the same day and fix it.

When we arrived to Sarah Sue, check in was very easy and everything was clean to standards. The only thing was that not great was the bottom door of the house which has a keypad, was not working and would not unlock to the provided code, but the upstairs unlocked just fine. We had to open the bottom floor door manually. I also appreciated the camera doorbell, which made our family feel safe because we always knew who was coming/going. We had rented a golf cart for the week, and I was worried there would not be an outdoor outlet to charge it because it was not included in the listing info, but luckily they do have a few outdoor outlets that worked just fine after flipping the breaker. Another thing not listed was that some of the TVs did not have streaming sticks, so bring an extra to ensure you have one for your room I would say. The AC also is great because each floor has its own thermostat to set the temperature. Vacasa did great when our AC went out in the top two floors during on the last day, and sent maintenance to fix it within the hour of reporting. Another thing was that the kitchen has lot of dishes for cooking, including large skillets and pots, and they even had a Keurig and Ninja pressure cooker/air-fryer. Overall our stay was great! It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach, but the golf cart made it easier for sure. I would recommend this house to families with lots of people, because it held the lot of all my family with room to spare!

The downstairs was freezing cold and we could not figure out how to adjust it despite two of us texting / calling the help number. We never got an answer other than to check the batteries. (?) The third and fourth levels were extremely hot and we finally figured out the thermostat needed to be “bumped” to reconnect and come on. Must be a loose wire? It rained one day and water started coming in the third floor closet ceiling. The WiFi password was not what was texted to us which was confusing. It was a short walk to the beach and an overall enjoyable trip.

This house was perfect for our large family. It is in such a quiet neighborhood and walking distance from the beach. So close to so many great things to do. I loved how the rooms are spread out from each other, allowing multiple families to have a little privacy while staying together. I was so excited to find this size house in this location.

Me and family really enjoyed our stay. Nice and sapcoiys home. Everything you needed in the kitchen and overall stay was excellent. Close to beach and all shopping We really enjoyed Sarah Sue. We will stay again. Thanks for allowing me amd and my to stay at your home.

House accommodated 7 couples. Had all the supplies we needed to start our week out. Lacked bigger trash cans and would’ve liked to have seen a table on the porch area for more dining space to eat at.
