Come nestle into the cozy Willowgreen Cabin in beautiful Blue Lake Springs! Just 3 houses away from Snowflake Lodge with private restaurant, lake, pool, new playground, gym, basketball, tennis, and more. ⭑A/C & Heat⭑ The deck is gigantic, it would accommodate a crowd! 5min to Big Trees SP, 35min to Bear Valley Resort, 20min to Murphys many Wineries. Relax and enjoy tranquil Arnold, Ca, offering you the great outdoors plus all of the amenities for luxury living.

The space

•TWO SUITES+LOFT: Sleeps 8+. Two bedrooms on separate levels both have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally the large loft has a Futon for 1-2 people, and there’s 2 additional twin air mattresses available.
•One of the closest houses to the amenities. Just 3 houses from the Clubhouse, Pool, Lake, etc. (Entry Fees Apply)
•The main floor boasts a large open concept floorplan with soaring ceilings and plenty of space. The living room features two super-comfy leather couches.
•2 Full Baths with 2 Showers and 2 tubs.
•TV Everywhere - Four Smart TV’s! Living Room-55” 4KTV
•Fast WiFi
•Perfect for two families or gather your group. You’re gonna love the layout of this one!
•Huge Wraparound Deck for Gatherings. Gates on both sides.
•Coffee and Tea included: Keurig (Pods Provided), Kettle, Drip, Pour-Over. We have it all.
•Organic Cotton Bedding
•Cotton Towels/Washcloths
•Fully Stocked Kitchen for Cooking
•Propane BBQ for grilling
•Kid Friendly Space: We have a Pack n’ Play with pad and sheets, High-Chair, Bibs, etc.
•Winter Snow Sleds available. Our Side Yard is a perfect spot for sledding!
•Foosball Table, Games, and TV in Loft
•Driveway is mostly flat and provides easy access, and can accommodate 3-4 vehicles. We have driveway Snow Plowing in winter.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire property. Every room is available for guest use.

In addition to Willowgreen Cabin, guests have access to 2 Private Lakes and all the Blue Lake Springs recreation amenities with our guest pass. (Guest fees apply)

Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor day (May-Sept).

Free Alternative is White Pines Lake/Park. 5min drive. Beautiful lake with picnic tables, beach, playground, etc.

Other things to note:
Note: We have a No-Pet policy due to allergies in our family. I’m sorry, no pets are allowed.

-As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We will do our best to fix it for you right away.

-Cell phone reception is spotty and only Verizon customers will likely have any service. Please make sure to download directions and print instructions prior to leaving. High speed WiFi is available at the cabin.

-Chains should be carried in vehicles during the snowy season and road conditions should be checked often.

-There is an abundance of wildlife in Arnold, including bears, coyotes and mountain lions. We have a bear box available for your trash but please make sure there are no food remnants in your vehicle. We will not be held responsible for any wildlife encounters.

-The property has exterior security cameras at the front door and back deck. These cameras are not monitored 24/7 and will not be actively monitored during your stay.

-Unfortunately due to the fire season and PG&E, power outages can occur without notice, most commonly in the Summer and Winter months, due to extreme weather. We are not responsible for this, however lanterns are readily available on the property and the propane BBQ can still be used for cooking.

-No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond our control such as acts of nature, power outages, or weather related problems, but depending on the circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Pros: Excellent location if you wish to use the recreation center. Very clean and a well stocked kitchen and coffee station was a nice extra. Large back deck with fire pit was a wonderful nighttime activity. Beds, linens and towels were comfortable and of good quality. Floor plan works well for a group and the high ceiling made the space feel larger. Bathrooms were clean and a good size. Having the game room was a definite plus. Having air-conditioning in the summer is great and is located in the upstairs bedroom. Glitches: Never found the remote for the TV in the living area and the upstairs bedroom TV did not work. Was a little short on bath towels. Instructions stated to wash the beach towels before you leave, but never found any beach towels. Guest pass had last year's date. Not sure if they would accept it but as they were closed it wasn't an issue. Overall one of the best rentals we've stayed in and a very friendly and helpful host.

Brought my family here for the weekend and it was the perfect spot. Walking distance to the clubhouse, lake, and pool. Big, clean home and Justin was the perfect host. Always was available and got back to us almost immediately with all questions we had. He also gave recommendations for places to visit. Overall one of our best vacations
