Stunning upside-down house with beach and sea views near the centre of Rhosneigr
Changeover Day Flexible changeover days from September to June. Saturday arrivals only in July and August. Dog Friendly
Yes. One non-moulting dog only (sorry, this is due to allergies, e.g. cockapoo, Bichon Frise etc). There's an outside hosepipe handy for washing off sandy paws.
Suitability
The living space is on the first floor, so this property is not generally suitable for guests with mobility issues. There are changes of levels outside the house.

Bedroom 1: king ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2: king ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3: twin single beds (can be made up into a super king bed on request).
Bedroom 4: bunk bed. Hairdryer.

Two ensuite shower rooms with WC and Basin, separate family shower room with WC and Basin
Kitchen/Dining and seating area
Large kitchen/dining/sitting area. Open plan, well-equipped kitchen/dining area with large island, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetière. Bi-fold doors leading to a roof terrace at one end and sea views from the other gable. The sitting area has sofas, a Smart TV and a wood-burning stove (first basket of wood supplied in winter months).

Large first-floor balcony with outside dining table, chair and sofas seating 8. No BBQ.
Utility room
External large boiler room with storage, washing machine. A clothes horse, iron, ironing board and vacuum are all stored in a downstairs cupboard.

All utilities, linen and towels included. Please bring beach towels. Clothes horse for drying washing. No smoking. Heating and hot water via an air source heat pump.
Booking Details Please note a 30% deposit (excluding last-minute bookings) and a booking fee is required at the time of booking. Balance payment due at least 30 days prior to the start of your holiday.
