Let me start by saying that I have rented several houses on my various trips. This house is extremely unhygienic. Carpet is very dirty, mold in the bathroom. This should not be rented anymore in this condition. I have pictures to prove and am hoping to be able to attach them. Carpet is black and nasty that you don’t want to step on it. Hardwood has nasty spots as wel. Bathroom full Of mold. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. Front door cannot be closed from inside. It is nothing like the pictures. No tv in bedrooms as shown in the pictures. Please take a look at your house and remove the listing. It’s not in livable condition.

Its not a luxury place, but it's definitely cozy and decent place for my short trip. Family lives downstairs and is pretty loud at some times of day, but it didn't bother me since i also came from a large family with constant noise. Host is kind and responsive. Would stay there again.

Renter communicated well, house was nice enough but lacked many basics. For. 4 night stay the amount of towels with no laundry available was not sufficient. Toilet not firmly attached to wall. Nothing really wrong with the house and our stay was overall fine but you really are far from everything!! Challenge to have food there due to minimal dishes and towels and really anything.

Good value, manager seems very controlling and literally sent email when he thought I had checked out and I did not check out yet. Lots of cameras for "safety". Cannot control the AC, but to certain limits. Good value, horrible management.

This property's location was great for our needs - close to the airport and the tennis tournament. There were many great restaurants in the area. But the property had been cleaned poorly. Guests were asked to remove shoes upon entering but the carpet up the steps was already soiled with loose dirt and leaves. The carpet on the stairs was heavily stained. In the kitchen, the strainer in the sink had food in it and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The refrigerator door seals were black with mold. And there was food (6 eggs) from a previous occupant. The backyard was unkempt and uninviting. There was also mold in the grout of both showers. We travel with Lysol spray and disinfecting wipes so we cleaned as best we could upon entering the property. But we shouldn't have to do that. There were no instructions for connecting to the TV but the owner responded immediately to our questions.

It was super nice the only issue we had was the tv not connecting to the WiFi so we couldn’t watch Netflix or use YouTube the entire stay.

the property is nice. clean and comfortable beds. previous occupants had done damage -so not one tv worked. in addition, there is an apartment in the basement where someone lives and that is not advertised. didnt feel completely safe but there were no problems. owner was very responsive to my concerns and gave a partial refund.

Heat was not working when we checked in - but owner was proactive and provided space heaters and had the heat working next day. Asked for extra towels and these were provided promptly. Overall impression of property was OK but owner was very helpful

Four friends and I spent the night here and had an amazing stay - the home was very cozy, clean and safe (doors were all secure and backyard was private). Our host was kind and quick to answer any questions we had. The neighbourhood is lovely and because we stayed on Halloween we were able to give candy out which was so cute :) we would love to come back again for another trip

We had great time staying at Ángel’s place accommodating 6 of us comfortably. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible off the 410. The host was nice and straightforward with the details of the listing and rules. Would definitely look forward to booking this house I. The future ! :)

Very nice location, the house was clean and looked as shown. The renter was very helpful if I need anything and reply’s fast for booking. Overall was amazing stay, recommend to all family’s looking for a great place to stay in Brampton .
