This charming 2600 sq/ft home in Colorado Springs, CO. Experience the best of both worlds, with a country-like setting yet close proximity to the city. Enjoy the tranquility of a quiet, wooded, and private neighborhood with spacious 2+ acre lots on a low-traffic private road. Keep your eyes open for mule deer, black bears, wild turkeys, and a variety of birds during your stay. Remember to admire wildlife from a distance and avoid feeding or baiting them. Explore the beauty of nature while being conveniently located just 15-20 minutes away from city attractions.

This home is a raised ranch, there are stairs from either the front entrance or the basement entrance to the main level. On the main level, you will find a spacious, open floor plan with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook up some meals. The dining table can comfortably sit up to 8 and there are 3 stools at the countertop bar/peninsula. The living room is comfortable with a Smart TV and sectional with a chaise lounge and gas fireplace. On this level, there are 3 bedrooms with a master bedroom with a King bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity. The other 2 bedrooms are cozy with one having a Queen bed and the other full/full bunk. There is also a 2nd bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.

Head to the basement where all the fun is! The basement is extremely cozy, all year round! Nice and chilly during the warm Summer months and in the Winter walk around barefoot on warm heated tile floors and cozy up to a movie around the wood stove! On this level, there is also a laundry room and 3rd bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual vanity. The main area is the game room with shuffleboard and air hockey, sure to entertain everyone for hours! There is a large sectional (also can easily be used as a bed for 1-2 people), a Sony 65" Smart TV, and various board games. There is a 4th bedroom with a day bed, consisting of a twin bed and twin trundle, a desk to work at, and a walk-out entrance with a small patio and chairs. The workout room is also in the basement! Here you will find a padded floor to exercise/stretch on, some dumbbells and yoga mats, and other accessories as well as a Smart-TV to stream some yoga or whatever you need! There is also a PELOTON Treadmill and Bike for that ultimate workout!

Head outdoors and enjoy the best of what Colorado offers nature! Listen as the wind blows through the trees and you read a book out back on the couch or under the cover of the front patio! Cozy up with friends and family and enjoy coffee or cocktails around either fireplace and watch the kids explore the area or jump on the trampoline! With 2 acres, you can hike, walk and just enjoy the great outdoors!

We stayed here for USAFA 2024 graduation and it was wonderful! So close to the academy and local restaurants and shopping centers. The home is well maintained and equipped. Very private backyard and lovely sitting areas from and back. If we are ever back in the area we will try to stay here again.

The only reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness was really to do with the hot tube cover was kind of falling apart and it was a pain to move however everything else was great and looked just like the picture!

Great location and convenience, beautiful home and has lots of amenities to host a family gathering. Attention needed: front door handle came apart when open, master shower door do not close, outdoor heater did not work and out of propane. Eating table and kitchen counter was sticky and has crumbs. Floors need mopping.

Great location. Within a hours drive to Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, towns of Castle Rock and Manitou Springs. Our first day at the house saw multiple deer, birds and turkey. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Good time had by all! Hot tub was great for relaxing in the evenings. Great location and very easy highway access. If you can fit it in, read the Hidden Valley Road book provided!! It’s a real page turner.

The location was great. Not a traditional suburban neighborhood, but still close to everything! Lots of fun games for the whole family to enjoy. The hot tub was great on cold winter nights. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Would definitely stay again!

This house was pretty nice overall, and communication with the property manager was a breeze. However, one of the biggest draws was the outside place and the hot tub. We were incredibly disappointed to find the hot tub in an unacceptable and unsanitary state. We were able to use it at all and that was a major reason for us renting the house. They offered us a tiny $50 discount on a total charge of over $900 for this, which I find unacceptable. The hot tub was listed as a usable amenity in the listing, so we were absolutely cheated on this deal as that amenity was completely unusable. I plan to file a formal complaint with VRBO. Beware in booking this property! Maybe message them first and be sure that the amenity’s are all properly being taken care of and in a usable state before you waist your money
