Guest counts over 6 persons are charged at an additional $15/person/day up to max of 8 (charged separately if added to reservation after booking).

Guests must electronically e-sign and return Rental Agreement to receive access to the property.
Guests will will be given Smart Lock access codes to the property. No physical keys will be given.
Final note: For security, we monitor access and use of the property via video cameras that capture activity on the driveway, front and back doors, back deck, and the swim and boat dock.
