Very friendly, service-oriented personnel! The room was decent, free minibar contents and breakfast. The location obviously great, I would say one of the best value-for-money hotels in the heart of Athens.

I received stellar service from all staff, especially Lefteris, Eugénia, and Chris. Lefteris was particularly helpful with information and arranging take out breakfasts for 3 days of my 7 day stay. I had early tours and an early departure flight. Thank you!

Very clean rooms and a great area however the biggest highlight is the Team working there especially the receptionists. Very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them. Overall a great experience

Nice, clean, ok breakfast, great fresh orange juice, free minibar with beer and soda. The bathrooms on the upper floor need renovation, the showers are very small (bathroom on the first floor was completely new and great, but my colleagues weren't that lucky).

Nice hotel, got my upgrade without asking. Only 30 minutes from the airport. Good selection at breakfast. Only real minor complaint is that there is only 1 lift which was slow.

Hotel is well located and staff are friendly and helpful however the property and furniture is quite dated, breakfast options are limited and the hotel definitely needs an uplift. Room amenities especially toiletries were subpar.

Friendly greeting. Clear information on facilities. Nice room for overnight stay. Breakfast, perhaps less choice than some hotels, but for me a good range of cooked food, fresh fruit, yoghurt and breads. Friendly and efficient check out. Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so.

The hotel and staff are very nice and in a great location but the room could have been in better shape. The shower head was broke and the bathroom lighting could have been better. There was some type of motor outside the room that constantly turned on and was loud. Very annoying and difficult to get to sleep!

It was very convenient to a place I was working in Kolonaki. Also very close to a Metro station and various bus stops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant, good bed, useful desk, refrigerator fortunately not stuffed with over-priced food and drink. Nice breakfast. The only problem I noticed was that the room was too hot, and the air conditioning put out hot air. This may be a seasonal problem. It is very warm in Athens for this time of year, and the HVAC may be set only for heat. I kept the balcony door open whenever I was in the room to cool it off.

It is located in an excellent neighborhood around the corner from the Hilton not far from the Metro walking distance from many museums, near many restaurants and bakeries up the hill from the hotel. The included buffet breakfast is excellent as long as you understand that Europeans do not like cold stuff as cold as Americans like it and hot food as hot as we like it. I would have loved to have a microwave in the breakfast. The front desk staff is excellent. I would return.

We stayed in this hotel two years ago and the staff remembered us and made sure we had the suite we requested. A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There are several restaraunts close by and museums within easy walking distance.

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, a short distance away from the city centre. Our first room had AC problems, but the manager provided a replacement room down the hallway immediately. The breakfast was quite decent; some local pastries were made available which was quite a change from the usual spread. Quite a pleasant stay overall at a decent rate.

Usually I travel much, world wide and never rate any hotel in the world excellent “full rate” but this hotel I would rate it and advise everybody to book in Athens, We lost our ferry to Santorini and were tired but came back to the hotel at 11:00am after checked out, we had the breakfast and even they gave us a new room free of charge until next ferry time ... best hotel stuff I ever meet them in my life ...

Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. But, broken shower head, water leaking out of the shower box, I asked for a double bed and received a single (two of them), A/C very noisy and difficult to sleep with during the night (was very hot those days), made staying less enjoyable as could have been.

What they don’t tell you is that 10 feet from the entrance is a strip club!!! The hotel is very dated, old and our room smelled like stale cigarettes despite being labeled non smoking. The shower was extremely small and it had some caulking done that looked terrible. Loved it when our cab driver told us that “ there’s lots of sex in this hotel”. Found out why he said that when we saw the strip club next to the entrance! On the good side, it’s a short walk to the subway.

The hotel is very tired looking and needs up dating. 1st room we were given was very small, dark, no natural light as the view was of concrete walls with bird poo every where. We asked to be moved the next day, staff were happy for us to change rooms, The new room was much better, although we were unable to lock the balcony doors as the lock was broken, didn't bother to complain. We asked for a kettle but were not give cups etc. There are fridges in the rooms but they didn't work in either room we were in and a member of staff couldn't get it to work either. The staff are nice enough but I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. If you don't sleep close to the center of the mattress you will slide off. Idk how this was a 4 star hotel it's more of a 1star.
