I usually don’t leave comments, but this time is a must. The apartment was top-class. Furniture was (or seemed) new and even the colours matched perfectly. The location was perfect, walking distance from everywhere and 2 minutes walk from two supermarkets. Additionally, we had everything we needed to cook/enjoy some time in the apartment. We even had a smart-TV where we watched YouTube and Netflix. On top of that, Josif was by far the best host we ever had. He gently offered himself to pick us up from the port and he even took us there when we left (very) early in the morning. He also helped us out finding the best excursions and restaurants that adjusted our needs and budget, and for some excursions he rang himself and got us some discount. We would choose this apartment every single time.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect size apartment for my husband and I to stay in for 3 nights, and the main city center was within a beautiful 10 minute walk. The owner Josip went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and as comfortable as possible, and even went out of his way to give us recommendations on the best restaurants and different types of activities to do all over the island. If it wasn’t for his generosity I don’t think our trip would have been half as good without him. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone and thank you again for such a great, stress free stay!

I had a terrible experience staying here. The host was very rude, telling me that he has to pick me up when it was a 10 minute walk, telling me where to eat, what to do, no bathroom towels, no bedsheets, avoid this place

This was a great stay for me and my two friends. Josip was quick and thorough with communication and was able to pick us up from the ferry when we got in. The property is walkable but up a hill so it was nice to have a ride up. It’s about 10 minutes to walk down to the town. The apartment was clean, cute, and had everything a traveler needs. Josip even left us water and a welcome drink in the fridge! The apartment had a large patio and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Great stay thanks again Josip!

Beautiful, airy, clean, full of light apartment. Two balconies, walking distance from all the attractions. Wish we had time to stay there longer. Host was very accommodating I.e. Picked us up from the ferry , brought our luggage to port at departure as we were enjoying the day on the island .

The most accommodating host we've had to date. Josip was friendly, offered advice, transport to and from the ferry and generally went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one. The apartment is a short walk from the Port, but far enough to offer a peaceful night's sleep. Would highly recommend if looking for a budget friendly place in Hvar

Our stay was amazing at Apartmani Nikolina. The owners of the property were reacheable at any time by whats app and graciously helped us whenever we needed it- even giving us a ride to the ferry! Everything was comfortable and pleasant. They really go above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend.

Great room a short walk away from the center of Hvar. The host was excellent - even picked me up from the ferry port. It’s only a 10 mins walk or so from the port, so I was a little confused at first. But it’s up a small hill, and the ride to the property with my big was MUCH appreciated and went above and beyond. I had two bedrooms and a shared bathroom in between - only used one of the rooms. Clean, 50s vibe (but like cool retro), lovely AC. Host even had cold water and beer in the fridge for me - my kind of host. The next day, he not only offered to keep my bags while I went to have breakfast after check out, but he drove my bags down to the town center just before my ferry was leaving. Wow! Really amazing hospitality, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed three nights in Hvar. Josip met us at the ferry dock helped us with our bags and drove us up to a lookout over the city. Then took us to the apartment where they had ice cream and peaches for us while we checked in. The next morning his mother Nikolina treated us to fresh made pastry and her husband picked some grapes for us. The apartment was clean, large, comfortable with big kitchen new appliances including washing machine. Large patio deck with nice view over town to sea. Central in residential area, close to market and easy to get around. When we were leaving Josip helped us with our bags and drove us down the hill to the ferry.

Amazing!!! Josip is a great host and the apartment was incredible. We stayed in the studio apartment which was furnished to an incredibly high standard, curved TV, all new appliances and the most amazing huge walk in shower. Less than 10 minute walk to city centre. Josip picked us up at the port and dropped us off without even having to ask. He provided information about the local area and even took us to a lookout spot high above the city before we checked in to give us a proper birds eye view of Hvar. We loved our 2 nights here, best apartment and service so far during our trip to Croatia. Thanks Josip!

Josip was so kind to meet us at the ferry area and drove us to the apartment. Along the drive, he showed us the highest point of Hvar and then provided us a little treat upon check in! Most accommodating host yet! Place was clean and spacious. Nice stay!

Everything about this apartment was amazing, It was incredibly clean and spacious with the best view. We stayed in the orange room which had a terrace which we sat in every evening. The owner was so helpful and a real asset to staying at this location. He went out of his way to pick us up and drop us off at the ferry. He brought us to the highest point overlooking Hvar port. We really really enjoyed our stay in Hvar and regretted not staying longer. We have been all over Croatia and this was our favorite spot. I highly recommend this location. it’s a short 6 minute scenic walk to the port which is we enjoyed.

This is a good quality apartment with plenty of space. We were in the orange flat on the top floor and had a reasonable sea view - obviously the apartment is a little way from the port. The walk into town along the coastal path was very pleasant and the walk back not too steep. There is a little supermarket very close by. Josip was a good host - always on hand to sort out any queries.

A beautiful, clean and recently-renovated apartment just a short walk from the ferry and city centre. Josip was an outstanding host, with the best recommendations for everything to see and do in Hvar. We stayed at this property for 4 days and had access to everything that we needed. The apartment had full kitchen facilities (4 gas burners, fridge and freezer, pans and utensils), AC, a comfortable bed, shower and a washing machine. Josip picked us up from the ferry (and dropped us off), was available to answer all the questions that we had and was incredibly helpful in locating a couple of extra items for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Perhaps our best Airbnb experience yet. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay. Josip was an amazing host. The apartment was very clean, had all amenities and was about a 10 minute walk to town. It was nice to get away from the crowds and noise. Joesph picked my family up from the ferry and took my wife’s luggage and before taking us to his apartment brought us to this magnificent viewing area ontop of the mountain of Harv and my family saw a fantastic sun set. His apartments are clean, comfortable and very good beds. The apartment is a short stroll to town about 5 minutes and there are great views from the apartment balcony over the sea. Life could not get any better
