The rooms are perfect!

Very convenient location and a really nice hotel.. Can use a bit more cleanliness.

Very consistent with Hilton properties, beds are always comfortable. This location is very close to many activities in Mid-Town, either walkable or reasonable Ubers available.

Everyone is so friendly from check-in to restaurant. The room was ready early and is impeccable. There are some nice dining options in walking distance - in particular, Divan at the Castle.

Hotel amazing

Nice room. Hotel staff were excellent. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

Not like the Canopy in Austin. Very limited amenities, ambience lacking, broken fireplace etc.

Tonee & Brina were amazing from checkin all the way through checkout. Couldn’t ask for better.

The service was outstanding and the property was well kept. The entire hotel smelled great as well. Overall, the service alone will keep me coming back for future stays at the Canopy!

The hotel was close to Piedmont Hospital. It was quiet, the bed was firm, and the room was very clean. The stay was worth the cost.

Love it

We've kind of made it a tradition to travel to Atlanta during the holiday season to catch various shows and events going on and have stayed at a few properties in midtown. This was, by far, the nicest and cleanest property we've stayed at in a long time. From the concierge attendants all the way to the kitchen staff the employees were extremely sweet, kind, and a joy to talk with. Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy, the food from Xhibit was delicious (we ate there three times during our stay) and the entire process of checking in and out was painless and simple. This hotel is dog friendly so if you have a pup you want to bring you're in good hands. The property is really close to Atlantic Station and all the fabulous shopping there. It's also really close to SCAD for all those that have loved ones that attend the college. We will be back next year and plan to make this our place to stay moving forward.

We liked the location alot of places you can walk to if they were open alot of places close Friday then reopen Sunday

This is not the usual place I stay when booking in Atlanta, but I think it is now time for a change. Just WOW. Our suite was luxurious and tranquil. The staff was very responsive to our requests and scheduling late checkout was a breeze. The location is close to the highway for those who need access and sits in a walkable area with a bevy or restaurants.

Great hotel in midtown Atlanta. Valet parking is expensive. Staff is extremely kind and professional. Had a lovely stay!

I arrived at the hotel and they told me the room which I had paid for was oversold and they did not even help to find me another hotel in the middle of the night.

Good room

I am very disappointed with my stay at Canopy by Hilton Atlanta. I paid for a city view room, and was told the room would be serviced. After a long day I returned to a room that hasn't been touched by housekeeping. The front desk staff said there was no one available to service the room so I could be moved to another room. This room was smaller and not a cityview room, so I paid for a lesser room and poor service. Despite speaking to multiple staff members none of my concerns were addressed and when speaking to housekeeping the woman was rude and acted as if I was bothering her by asking for a face cloth,which never showed up by the way. In addition, she left a filthy rag on the sink after half cleaning the room. I've never had such a ridiculous experience at any Hilton property. To add to the insult, my brother stayed at the property as well and his room was serviced immediately without him having to ask. Needless to say, I won't be returning and would appreciate being compensated in some way for a weekend ruined.

Room was not clean. Very nosy place. List GT 2 minutes away from property. But it’s a 12 minute drive. 40 minutes walk. Staff’s are friendly.

Everything was excellent, however there is construction going on in the area and I had a minor issue which the staff took care of. Even with this happening I would still stay here again…

AC did not work in room for 2 nights Service in restaurant was lacking
