We were offered early checkin when dropping off our bags, which was very helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom included both a shower and a bath. There was a coffee machine in the room (for pods) but on level 3 there was a bigger machine if you prefer cafe style coffees. Location was good - walkable to some parts of Manhattan (Grand Central etc) with reasonably priced Ubers to further destinations. Staff were friendly and always said hello. Really enjoyed our stay

I had another wonderful stay at the Concorde. I had stayed here earlier in the year with my mother for the Billy Joel concert at MSG, and had such a nice stay that I booked again for this current stay. I was in town for two concerts at MSG and the Concorde is a great place to stay that's close to so much. There's various metro stations around the hotel, you're within walking distance of the shopping on 5th Ave & Madison Ave; Rockefeller Center, MoMa, and Central Park. There's plenty of food options from fast food to finer dining. The hotel staff were friendly; and I was able to check my bag since I had arrived at the hotel before check in. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I stayed for a week and the room service ladies did a fantastic job with daily cleaning. I plan to stay here again for my next time in the city.

I’ve said in this hotel a few times. It’s not great but convenient to the conferences I attend for work. On the last day of my trip the water from the bathroom sink began running brown muddy, sludge looking water. After leaving the water running for more then 10min the water ran clear. It was gross and I likely will not stay here again.

My room’s air temp was 82-85 during my two night stay. I asked the front desk to address but they never did. Very uncomfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but there was nothing to hang towels and wash cloths on close to the sink. The safety bars around the toilet, bathtub and shower were helpful. It took a long time for the water to get hot. No soap-holder in the shower. The drawers were basically on the floor; so, we 79-year-olds did not use them. Fortunately, there was enough surface area to accommodate clothes. The refrigerator was tiny and lacked a freezer. You could not even stand a water bottle in it. Ice was available only from room service. Cold water available on the 3rd floor only. There was only one chair, and it was not comfortable. The cushioned bench was even less comfortable. We just used it to put stuff on. We mainly sat on the bed when in the room, not ideal for old backs. Wifi worked well and computers were available on the 3rd floor. We did not eat at the hotel facilities. A lot of eating places nearby. No problem with noise on the 22nd floor. Only 4 rooms on a floor. Minimal wait for elevators (2).

The Concorde was a great place to call home for 9 nights in NYC. Perfect location for us to visit with family in the neighborhood. Room was really comfortable, clean and quite. Will definitely return for another trip.

When you walk into the lobby it is very clean and well kept. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Only 2 elevators, but they were quick. Ordered food to go from the restaurant on the property and it was very good and they had quick service. Able to walk to shopping and subway. There were lots of options for food around the hotel. The only down side was the construction around the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the dual head shower and that it was so big. The bed, pillows and linens were comfortable.

The room was very very small for the price. Staff seem to take pleasure in letting the doors slam every time they went in and out of a room while cleaning (several times per room) Building in construction next door. Work starts around 7 am. Noise level was quite high & that was also my view. Only 2 elevators for 37 floors. Will not be back.

This place was GREAT. Literally no complaints. We loved our room, with its huge picture windows and view, comfortable bed, good light and large bathroom. Location was great for walking and close to the train, with great bars and food just around the corner too. Super clean. Everything was smooth and welcoming with front desk staff and great work by housekeeping. We loved the bar downstairs, the bartenders were great too. Would definitely stay again. This hotel was on the lower end of prices for similar hotels and we thought for NYC it was a great value.
