Excellent friendly and helpful staff, clean modern hotel. Free coffee. Only down side to the whole experience was lack of parking ( had to park 4 blocks away )

When we arrived, we found our way to the car park. Signage said spaces available, we parked in a bay and made our way up to check in. The receptionist said we couldn’t park in the car park as there were no spaces available, we explained there were and that we’d parked in one of their bays but she insisted that we (with two tires young children) moved our car to another car park down the road. If there was no space, we wouldn’t have minded but it was very strange. Breakfast was a bit basic too and no hot drinks in rooms or to be taken to rooms.

We had asked for a parking but the hotel couldn't offer it. We should find a parking site in a public parking nearby. But this parking was booked out, it said at the entrance. We couldn't stay in the hotel since we didn't find a parking site and had to cancel the booking without reimbursement. We will not book a B&B hotel again.

The room is very clean and comfortable, and staffs are all kind and friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the Antwerp central station however, there is a park next the hotel, and the river Esco is near to the hotel and give me beautiful scenely and I could be relaxed. I'd like to reccomend B&B hotel Zuid to everybody.

Nice and modern urban district. Staff was very friendly and check-in very easy. Parking in the garage was possible but not cheap. We had a room which could also be used by persons with disabilities. It seemed that the room wasn't cleaned before. We found a lot of dust and a shower curtain was missing, we flooded the bathroom by taking a shower. Also the bed for the toddler was not usable because a mattress was missing. Overall a good hotel with room for improvements.

Overnight stopover on the way back to the UK. Served its purpose. Quiet and clean. Arrived late and left early so didn’t get to see or use any facilities. Had to park car overnight in car park about 3 mins walk away from hotel 17.5 euros

Giving it excellent as it exactly fits the bill for what it says and were looking for. Comfortable basic rooms at really good prices. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment but there is a machine with free hot drinks that was very convenient when going out in the morning. Location was perfect for us as we had to be in Nieuw Zuid but easy walk to get closer to more things in Antwerp.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Parking was full, but they recommended us a public parking lot a block away, that was cheaper anyway. Facilities in very good condition, room was spotless and comfortable.

The shower didn't work properly. The shower head was too heavy and kept tilting over and spraying the water back and downwards. It was not a great shower experience for our stay.

The hotel is very clean and everything is new. The double bed was smaller than expected, possibly smaller than a queen bed. The mattress was extremely hard. The floor separation for the shower is very little. The bathroom got ultra flooded after showering. If the B&B improved the quality of the beds and the separation of the shower, it could easily become a 4-Star hotel. However, those improvements must be made.

The stay was fine, rooms are really small and thin walls you could hear everything. Housekeeper entered our room through the keypad door without knocking while we were still in bed. Also the room wasn’t made up the second day so we had to go down to the desk to ask for clean towels.

My father struggles to walk and even though I asked for a disabled room we where placed on the 4th floor and at the furthest point away from the lift We did get given the option to change however my father was settled and didn’t want to make a fuss

The only problem that we revealed was the distance from the city-center. As a matter of fact, we walked around 1 hour from the gare before arriving to the hotel. The deliveries such as free hot-beverages next to the reception were a real surprise, very pleasant for both of us. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff very professional. We recommend it Please getting closer

The check in was really fast. The young lady at reception has an accent to die for. The hotel is 20 minutes walk away from the centre and Antwerp is beautiful. Just go for it.

The hotel did not worth money we payed.It situated far away from downtown.The hotel was still under constraction.The bathroom was not properly cleaned and was lack of space.Thoug beds was huge.WiFI had a bad connection.Breakfast for hostels not hotel of this price.
