Amazing hotel. Beautiful, clean, modern. The two reception-girls are doing an amazing job. Parking easy close by.

What a gem! This is definitely the place to stay in Ragusa. Beautifully restored building decked out with amazing amenities. The owner has great taste and, along with staff, are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The food! Amazing! Location can’t be beat. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful building, lovely fresco in the sala, excellent staff.

Refurbished palace with unique spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, fantastic staff. If I could rate 11 out of 10 points I would. There is also a lovely living room should you travel with friends or family.

Excellent hotel in Ragusa Ibla. Staff are extremely nice and the breakfast was very good . Well located near a pedestrian street and the duomo.

Beautiful hotel in renovated 18th century building. Wonderful room. Great artwork and other touches. Awesome original painted ceiling from 17 hundreds inthe living room. Warm and caring owner and staff.

The staff and owner greeted us and went out of their way to help us in every way!! The room was over the top awesome!! We even decided to extend our stay another night!!
If you are going to Ragusa, you have to stay here!
4.8
Beautiful property and location in the historic district of Ragusa. The experience was tainted by having to park (and pay) at a remote lot as there is limited parking in the historic district. The streets are hilly and very narrow so driving is stressful. The staff was very helpful and spoke a lot of English which was a big help to us.

We experienced the Room dedicated the Father and Mother. The room dedicated to the mother was amazing ceiling fresco, large room, and large bathroom. Both has fantastic art work and Balcony of the main square and Duomo. The Homemade Breakfast was amazing. I would easily stay here again n explore more local towns. Modica's Chocolate Heaven is only 20 minutes away via Train.

Location, location, location! Stunning historical property, retro fitted with all the modern conveniences. Amazing staff to boot!

Parking is a little difficult and there was a lot of noise from the street late night.

Everything about this hotel is elegant and amazing

The property is in an amazing location, steps away from the Duomo of Ragusa and Centro. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well kept. What really stands out is the staff though. We had a technical issue with one room and they upgraded us to a suite while we were at dinner (one of the numerous amazing nearby restaurants) and when we forgot an item in the room they shipped it to Florence for us as well, right away. They even followed-up to make sure we received the item. Wonderful hotel and staff. 10-10 recommend!

Beautiful hotel and staff is so friendly. Location is outstanding.

A.D. 1768 Boutique Hotel Ibla is gorgeous, beautiful, stylish, and funky, just like the super nice owner, Josy “DonatoFugata”. All the staffs are delightful, smiling and dedicated. This hotel located step aways from the Duomo di San Georgio (Saint patron of the Ragusa Ibla), restaurants and shops. Place that feel like home, that you would send your friends and families. Perfectly renovated in 2018 with old spirit and new character.
Off-site parking isn’t much a problem. Just park in the white line.
4.8
Beautiful property and room. Well worth the rate. In the newer section of town and just a short walk from the key sights. Some might prefer staying in the center of the Historical District, but others will like this area as a bit of an escape!
4.8
Very charming well located hotel. We liked the design. Included breakfast was quite good compared to comparable properties during our trip. Parking a bit tricky but to be expected for the area. Ignore the negative telegraph review which we found far less than acurate.

What a wonderful hotel! We ended up staying a night longer than planned because it was so lovely here. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. I will be sure to recommend this hotel, it was a real treat staying here. Thank you very much for having us!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. High ceilings and spacious accommodation, our balcony opened up to the square.

Stunning hotel that was exceptionally clean. The staff were fantastic and professional.

This is a remarkable boutique hotel. It is in a centuries old palace but quite contemporary. The young owner is charming, engaging and determined to assure that all of her guests have a terrific experience there.

Excellent location, quality accommodation, facilities and amenities in the room and property overall, professional and attentive staff, varied and delicious food offerings, high standards of customer care, I would highly recommend staying at A.D. 1768 Boutique Hotel.
4.8
A very new and modern hotel. It feels a little cold. They need more front desk help and while new I would offer coffee and pastries so people can come inside and sit down plus explore this great space or cocktails in the evening

Lovely setting in the heart of Ragusa Ibla.

We needed a rest after a hectic year of major life events. At a.d.1768, we were given an excellent welcome and made to feel as if part of a family. The location is great, with the pedestrian area literally a few paces away! The staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one and even got me some of the products available at breakfast to take back home with me. Breakfast tables are dressed in spotless starched white linen, with a buffet offering a selection of locally sourced produce. The soundproof room was kept well and the good night note and treat were an added touch. Irrespective of the time we returned to the hotel we were always greeted by a welcoming smile. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a personalized feel to their holiday and look forward to returning as soon as possible. Keep up the excellent work!

A stylish, meticulous and sympathetic new restoration of a beautiful stone building overlooking the main square in Ragusa. Our balcony in junior suite Dona Teresa was great for people watching in the pedestrianised square below and had a great view of the Duomo yet was totally quiet at night. The staff were charming, helpful and efficient. It is the mark of a great hotel when the staff anticipate problems and resolve them before the guests have even noticed an issue. Sofia, Carlo and Rosella were all amazing. I just mentioned to them a town we were proposing to visit and when I next saw them they had a history of the town, an itinerary and a route map ready for me.
Our room had a comfortable bed, huge shower, and a delightful mix of antique and modern furniture as well as an exquisite painted ceiling.
The hotel is even better in reality than it appears in the photos and is sure to become a destination must in Ragusa.
