Excellent sejour

Super établissement pour un 3 * Le patron est très gentil, souriant et serviable. C'est un établissement familial, sans animation, confortable, simple et propre. Nous avions pris la demi-pension. Les repas sont servis sous forme de buffet. Il y a des nouveautés tous les jours et des spécialités grecques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et le recommandons !

Very good

Nice charming hotel at very good location. Of course, if you like peaceful and quiet street. Old but charming hotel with Greece kitchen and fantastic manager is located next to the sea. Fewer shops and restaurants are a few hundred meters feeder. Also, car rentals and bus station is around the corner. Inaf parking space around if you have a car with you.

Like everywhere else, good and professional stuff is a problem. From first meeting with a lady at a restaurant we find her a rude person. We spoke about her behaviour with a manager. He ensures us that was nobody else at a moment for her position. Verder was just fine, and we didn't spoil our vacation because of the behaviour of this one person .

The hotel has a good location, very close to the beach, and the food is also ok. The quality is good for this price.

The room was dark, and not very cozy. The beds were very very uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep. And the shower is too small.

it was only one night, so there are not many to say.

the location. so near to a clean beach.

when we got in the cleaning was very poor. I mean, there were foot prints in the bathroom. the mattress was uncomfortable.

We liked that they had a pool and that they were pretty close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and tried their best to help however they could.

The beds were TERRIBLY uncomfortable - we complained and they put mattress toppers on them which helped a lot. The bathroom near the pool wouldn't flush, and would become FILLED with feces. We mentioned it over and over, day after day, and it was never fixed. We did the all-inclusive -- the food was so-so. it was just a simple buffet with very little variety. The bar also only served soda, beer and red/white cheap wines. Nothing else which was disappointing. Mixed drinks would be nice. The pool is VERY tiny - other hotels nearby had MUCH nicer ones that we could see and covet. They only supply a small amount of lounge chairs - if you don't get down and snag one early in the morning, you'll have no where to lay by the pool. The lounge chairs at the beach are NOT included with your stay - you have to pay to use them. Location wise this was difficult to get to being between Herkaloin and Chania.

the perfect choice

the staff was very friendly and polite, helpful and understanding, receptionist was so nice she made my trip more easy, felt like home, breakfast was great and rich, lunch was so good as well, perfect location and professional service, pool and a lovely relaxing views. simply the best.

If it is to consider the price-quality ratio, we were satisfied.

The location is very well located, 2 minutes walk from the beach. We had access to the pool until 7:30 pm every day. Being the end of the season, the hotel gave us a very spacious room with sea view and balcony. The personnel and the host were very friendly , they made us feel welcome. The location served cake (for all inclusive) between 16:00-17:00 every day.

The bed was very uncomfortable because of the mattress which was very rigid. As for the open bar, we were expecting a wide variety of drinks (only had 4 kinds of juice + red wine or white and vodka or rum). Attention, even if the booking site says that the transfer from the airport to the hotel is offered, in reality a 180 € round trip tax must be paid (Chania airport is 1 hour away from the hotel).

You get what you paid for.

The main advantage of this hotel is a staff and a location, one minute from a beautiful beach.Hotel is a little bit dated with basic facilities. My room was very small. There is an air con and a small refrigerator. Very small restaurant. Food is homemade and good quality but variety is limited. No sea food at all, fish every second day. Very small bar and pool area.

If you are unlucky you will get a room with garden view. Right in the front of hotel balconies there is a very noisy engine which is working 24 hrs/day. It was not possible to sleep. I asked several times for changing a room but nobody helped me.
