Séjour court mais intense je suis ravie.

L hôtel est très bien situé dans Lourdes, le personnel est à l écoute et sympathique, les petits déjeuners copieux, les repas simples mais bons comme à la maison servis par le personnel au petit soin pour les clients. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

Clean no frills hotel, very good location, perfect for a pilgrim

Very close to Grotto. Clean and towels changed every day. Isabel who looked after the dining room mostly solo was so friendly and helpful.

There were no complimentary toiletries other than a bar of soap. Walls very thin between rooms. Some cereals, fruit ,pastries , toast on the continental breakfast would have been nice.

Everything, except that the bed wasn't raised high enough. I'm a very tall person and I need a bed that is raised high.

Comfortable and homely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was near the Sanctuary and had many options of restaurants for dining nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We had booked an additional night but had to cancel it the day before. The staff assisted with this and the process was smooth. They also helped to arrange for a taxi to the train station. Merci!

The Wifi was a little hard to connect. Otherwise, facility is good.

Excellent Hotel spotless clean very friendly owners and staff all in all i would recommend this Hotel to Anyone travelling to Lourdes have stayed there many times and when i go back to Lourdes i will be there again Highly recommended should be a 5 star Hotel

There is Nothing i could say i didn't like about this Hotel very nice staff and Owners always on hand if anything is needed and night porter very nice so im afraid this is one very friendly and very good Hotel

Comfortable Clean Hotel

It was clean and well run. Very nice hosts. BERY close to the Lourdes Sanctuary site. 5 minute walk.

walls are thin. I heard some snoring, talking and tv. But I would return. It was well run and a great value.

Location-location-location makes this old-but-clean hotel an acceptable stay for religious pilgrims.

Simple little hotel in a fabulous location for religious pilgrims. Our room hadn't been remodeled since 1950. The bathroom had a tub and bidet. Old but clean. We weren't there for the accommodations; we were there to visit the Marian apparition site and pray. We loved hearing the bells! This hotel is on the level-ish street so this mobility-limited/handicapped traveler was able to use my electric scooter. No breakfast available but they will make you great coffee if requested! They do have a full bar and a nice room with it on the first floor.

Better bed and bedding would improve the in-room experience. We needed more pillows! Not the place to stay if you want a cushy, fancy hotel experience.

Great stay in a great location within walking distance to the Lourdes Sanctuary.

When I arrived in Lourdes there were no taxis at the airport, so I called the hotel and they immediately sent me a taxi and coordinated a taxi to pick me up from the hotel when I departed, which was at 5:45am. The taxi was there promptly and the cost of the taxi was only 45 euros. In the past, I've paid 60 euros for early morning airport transport. So that was great. Great brasseries around the hotel. I ate mostly at Le Genevieve, it had great prices, great ambiance, and great food (full bar, great desserts, food). Also, there were many shops, pharmacy, mini markets to buy water bottles, etc., everything within walking distance, and just down the road is the entrance to the Lourdes Sanctuary. It is a great location.

No A/C, no iron in the room. I had to use the one they had in their backroom. While I had asked to be close to the elevator, I was placed in a room all the way at the end of the corridor in a corner. The room was hot and stuffy, and there was/is no air conditioning in the hotel. So I asked for a fan, and that made the room acceptable. The beds are great but you only get one pillow. The breakfast is a bit expensive for 5.50 euros for just coffee, croissant, o.j. While other establishments (restaurants do it for half). I did not eat at the restaurant and they tend to have a menu I do not like (french cuisine only) and are a bit more costly than the restaurants around the hotel.

If I go back to Lourdes, this is where I’ll stay again.

Location is excellent. Clean place, courteous staff. Breakfast was European continental but everything was fresh and taste good. Very informative people.

Pillows could have been better. Bed was good though.
